Didn’t Findlay ahve a falling out with Bloom who is another of Harry’s business partners who he split from on good terms.

Findlay talks a hell of a lot of sense and then comes out with some absolute rubbish. He actually said that he watched the Findlay/Barber dispersal stood next to Barber and Nicholls. Then said he was asking Barber for advice when Nicholls was bidding for Barber against him!!!?
When Chapman asked him why he bets on horses if he loses, he waffled on about comission and didn’t answer. The last bit of the script was just so pathetic when Alan Lee was in a rush to say how wrong the BHA had been in doing Findlay blah, blah, blah. He then said that we should all be grateful for the magic of the Findlay/Barber partnership!!?
I can’t understand what Findlay is tring to achieve with his public performances and extensive PR operation
Is he just an egomaniac or some sort of illusionist.His put-down of Dave Nevison was pure class if a little cruel. He said he’s a professional gambler with 90 jobs
So will they ask Harry to explain about his Laying Exemption which he alleges that the BHA gave to him. Paul Roy denies the truth of that Findlay statement. It’s the pivotal qusetion for me as they bot can’t be telling the truth.

The moment anyone who has taken the BF shilling says the wrong thing it’s no more "freelance" shifts as with any commercial organisation. Why would Betfair be any different to Ladbrokes and the rest….
I don’t think that people want to comment on their employers on public forums as it leaves a bitter taste. better to say nothing than defend the bosss isn’t it!
I can confirm that all the TFR broadcasters bar Neil Munro are freelancers and that the closest we’ve ever come to being told to toe the party line is a very occasional e-mail from Stephen Burn asking for Betfair SPs to be given after races. There is no question of presenters/pundits being gagged per se

That’s the same Betfair who delete nearly every thread that cricises Harry Findlay on their forum. I think Rory is being very patronising by trying to tell us that the only thing the BF hierachy influence is the BF Sp’s prominence. His other assertion that Presenters aren’t really journalists but some sort of autocutie is equally insulting.
Just to prove that Rory isn’t as indepenedent as he pleads let’s hear Rory tell us why he reckons that BF delete all Findlay thraeds that are in any not pro Harry?

Do they accept people with criminal recors and no money nowadays I have always found Alan Lee to be quite underwhelming. The obvious one is for RUK to invite Findlay to go Head to Head with Neesom. Then we could see how game Harry really is.
It’s so hard to tell whether or not Harry is a villain or a hero in all this. Unfortunately his closeness to the likes of Culhane and Murphy don’t sit well

Yes seen it but its a copy of the one from the BF Forum which was censored. It’s really sad how the likes of Neesom, Hislop and other high profile hacks with the honourable exception of maybe Sean Boyce and JA McGrath seem petrified of Findlay.
I can’t belive that Lydia Hislop of a few years ago wouldn’t have been all over Harry for haranguing a colleague. Maybe the fact that she is ex BBC, ex C4, ex Times means that she has been made to toe the line or face unemployment. All really sad anyway. I hope that I am completely wrong and this story gets told.
