Hattie Jacques?!
There, I have mentioned her.
In an attempt to lure jeremygraysonspointtopointcolumn into this discussion, I can state that I am entirely in agreement with the obscure Irish indie band Toasted Heretic’s appreciation of Gone With The Wind era Vivien Leigh.

April 9, 2008 at 12:53 #157036I’m currently obsessed to the point of distraction by the slappy redhead on "Pulling". A Goddess of debauched filth.
I can scarcely eat or sleep. Otherwise, I quite like Charlotte Church, either size.

For a second I thought you were going to confess to me that you fancy Mrs C. And why shouldn’t you, dammit! She’s the best!
Ahem.

I’d have to say I was – and remain – more appreciative of the band than Ms Leigh!
Very good shout re: Sarah Jane Potts, btw, Pruf, likewise Susan Powell from Grasshopper’s list. To that brace I’d add Charlotte Coleman, though of course this is even more hypothetical than many on here after her tragic death from asthma barely into her 30s.
Moe – I’m about as taken with Scarlett as I was with Francesca Cumani on the other thread, i.e. not in the slightest!

April 9, 2008 at 14:03 #157049This has really got me gawping at Laura Morante again….
April 9, 2008 at 15:31 #157086I will admit i have had a thing for female athletes i think it must be the lycra.
I forgot to mention Sarah Beeney from Property ladder as she has a couple of mounds bigger than the one at Stratford.
April 9, 2008 at 15:52 #157094Did you have a thing for Fatima Whitbread then?

April 9, 2008 at 17:58 #157142Mourihno, oh yes, how could I have missed him off the list?
And for the oldies, Grisshom off CSI is rather nice…although I’d not kick George Eads from the same show out of bed for no good reason…
April 9, 2008 at 21:40 #157189Myleene Klass, though I can’t help but think she’s a little too thin these days. Kim Marsh (now she’s single again I’ll refer to her by her previous name) and Suzanne Shaw was the main reason I tuned into Dancing On Ice. My how all 3 have blossomed greatly since there Hearsay days.
Anna Kournikova has to retain a place on the list if only because it reminds me of the great days of being a teenager.
April 9, 2008 at 22:57 #157200and Suzanne Shaw was the main reason I tuned into Dancing On Ice.
Surely it would have been less painful (and more socially acceptable) to just camp in a thorn bush in Ms Shaw’s garden?

The mention of Anna Kournikova has reminded me to throw in a "gorgeous tennis player" who satifies both parts of the statement, Maria Sharapova. She has single-handedly convinced me that grunting in women’s tennis isn’t nearly as annoying as it used to be.
April 10, 2008 at 05:25 #157208I completely forgot my absolute heartthrob: Nick Baker, and I have to put in a good word for Michael Palin too. He has a twinkle in his eye
April 10, 2008 at 08:32 #157226Sharapova is way too tall..A giraffe Not my bag
Kournikova had those rather boring ice maiden looks and didnt strike me as the nicest person around.
DIPPY blonde Suzanne Shaw says she has no idea who Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are.
The Dancing On Ice winner was asked which of the two US Presidential candidates she preferred.
Suzanne, 26, replied: “I’m going to be honest. I’ve never heard either of these names before.â€
April 10, 2008 at 15:08 #157260Lost me there DJ and didnt know you liked simpletons?
Why would you? It’s not a subject that comes up often on a racing forum!
