March 14, 2008 at 14:05 #150912Crossed wire’s Sal…apologies…forget about it, blood is pumping a bit on a day like this.
March 14, 2008 at 14:06 #150913Sad to hear about Whispered promises in the last race, that looked a nasty fall.
March 14, 2008 at 14:06 #150914I’ll log out now ’till I’ve calmed down a bit, incredible racing today so far…
March 14, 2008 at 14:23 #150920Had a decent reverse forecast on Won In The Dark and Celestial Halo there, gutted, I always said that Won In The Dark was a banker for a place in that race…had a decent return but wish he’d have won…lol

Is that the first and only fatality of the Festival so far, incidentally? I’m the last person on Earth to make light of equine losses, but one of the most pleasing aspects of the week so far has to be that every other race hasn’t been suffixed with a "Tragically, we have to report…"-type piece to camera.
I earnestly hope I’m not about to jinx any of the remaining five races.
