March 1, 2015 at 17:05 #777724Yup still just goes over onto the next line
I'd like to live in a place where they cordon off swans...March 1, 2015 at 17:25 #777788Ok ta BH – must be a browser/device specific thing as it looks ok here.
March 1, 2015 at 17:30 #777791Yeah never mind
I'd like to live in a place where they cordon off swans...March 1, 2015 at 17:32 #777792TheHorsesMouth… you Sir are a star. 11-1 too Sir Scorpion! Mine ran like a drain, sorry.
Who says TAPK is the only legend on here, hope you cashed in!
Well done, great tipping THM worth waiting for, wish I’d seen this earlier.
Thanks for the smileys David, the site is beginning to sparkle again

JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...March 1, 2015 at 18:36 #777887I mentioned earlier the ‘Color That Site’ add-on for Firefox
Well, here’s the TRF site modified to my liking
The actual red is a darker maroon than on the screenshots below; otherwise damn good, I’m sure you agree!

nb: six edits required as there still isn’t a ‘Preview’ option prior to posting. Very useful it is, especially when on a learning curve
March 1, 2015 at 18:52 #777914I personally find the “grey” a little too strong at the front-end – where all the various sections are listed – Horse Racing, Topical Racing Discussions, etc.
March 1, 2015 at 19:51 #778028I’ve lightened that grey up one shade Matron – let me know what you think
March 1, 2015 at 19:58 #778083Yes, that is much easier on-the-eye.
March 1, 2015 at 20:12 #778142On a positive note, I have noticed that when you paste a link from Youtube into a post it now embeds the video into the post. Previously it was just a link to the Youtube page containing the video.
For example, there’s this video of some cuddy called Fog Hene or something. Any good this fellow?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZDhLE7jXis
I’m happy with this anyway.
Having said that, it hasn’t worked the way it did on the Cheltenham thread a few minutes ago

Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
March 1, 2015 at 20:44 #778275“NOTE: some videos (Racing UK videos for example) do not allow embedding”
No, will not work for the above.

March 1, 2015 at 20:58 #778357I was never able to embed videos before and was just pleased it had happened without my intervention. Must admit to being a bit lazy with learning these features unless it’s absolutely essential. Thanks

March 1, 2015 at 22:42 #779036Cheers, Cormack. Reads much better with darker borders between individual posts. Bigger usernames displaying fine here. Appreciate all your hard work. One other small thing…any chance of making a favicon for the bookmarks folder?
March 1, 2015 at 22:47 #779080I’ll find out..
a) what a favicon is and
b) if we can do it - AuthorPosts
