Monoceros went into my notebook after an encouraging stable debut behind Strength Of Spirit here in early April, keeping on nicely having been held up. He pulled up having lost his action on last run for Charlie Appleby, so it looked as if Iain Jardine was testing the water on first run since. Step up in trip will help, as should the rain we have had up here in recent days.
Strange one Monoceros , 750 k to 25 k in 14 months. Hasn’t done much wrong bar the last run whatever that issue was , be interesting to follow him, could be a real bargain ,Iam hoping they do well with him .
