I wish people would stop being rude and making stupid comments about leaving because of all this. In case people haven’t noticed this thread is to get feedback so things can change if needed. It takes a lot of work from some people to do this so we can have a forum and it will take time. I’ve been affected with my user name. Hopefully David can sort that out and I will email him.

Can’t login and don’t think I will be able to as it was that long ago I registered it will have been with my old email address that virgin decided to delete without telling me first!
Why can you just not log in with the username and password you’ve always had, and the one I logged in ok with the other day?
Oh, and not a fan either! Don’t like change, never liked the betfair change when that happened. Old one easily better for me, just my opinion.

Manchester – we had to issue new passwords as we couldn’t migrate passwords due to security issues on old/new severs/sites. I am kicking myself as I should have posted on the old site that this would happen.
If you mail me at david@theracingforum.co.uk I’ll mail you back a new password for your old username. We’re working om trying to mimic the old layout as people seem to have liked that.Ah right ok thanks!

Vtc has mailed me about my query about missing threads.
I think what’s happened with a lot of the threads is they’ve been copied over, and the most recently created thread will be at the top, rather than the one with the most recent post, hence “Nothing Gained, which is about 8 months old, is pages and pages back.
So the likes of gingertipster who’s jumps thread was created a few years ago is still here just a fair few pages back.

Made a few changes to layout tonight and working through the shed-load of password issues (which seem to be related to people having defunct email ads registered, or no email, or multiple accounts (!) )
I’m in agreement with most comments and we’re working hard to get things to suit the majority.
Feedback on the tweaks appreciated as I don’t want us to go in the opposite direction of what people want.
