I’ve taken a bit of 16/1 Banbridge for the Arkle, but I want him to run in this as I’ve got 20/1.

November 12, 2022 at 21:46 #1622865Banbridge top-priced 12/1 for the Turners now.

November 19, 2022 at 12:41 #1623742Kilcruit didn’t have much to beat, but the runner up gave him a decent lead and I thought he didn’t put a foot wrong on his chasing debut at Punchestown just now.
20/1 with William Hill seems fair to me for the Supreme third.

He was a bit scruffy early on, particularly at the third (I think), but generally jumped well.
20-1 seems perfectly fair at this stage as an e/w bet (yes, we know Chezza doesn’t do e/w) but I’m sure there’ll be one or two to beat him, probably from his own yard.

Win only is a two hob-nob kind of man’s bet.

November 20, 2022 at 12:49 #1623961I thought “in jest” was 1.01, but a clarification never hurts!
Happy Sunday!

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"November 26, 2022 at 09:44 #1624542Added Minella Cocooner 16-1 for now. Trainer being lukewarm about Sir Gerhard atm.
November 26, 2022 at 10:45 #1624564Tear up those Sir Gerhard slips, then.
Because no trainer was ever wrong about their horse ever.
And no trainer ever put punters away ever.
Said no one ever.
Except, perhaps, Mike?
All still to play for!
For second place, that is.
You’ll never Ban “The Bridge!”

Slips? what are they? ;o)
November 26, 2022 at 10:50 #1624567Funnily enough, Nathan, I don’t seem to enjoy the same relationship with online bookies others do.
If I can even get on in the first place, I’m either not allowed to cash out at all, or it’s for a microscopic portion of my original stake.
Who are these bookies who allow meaningful cash out after your beast has just been beaten out of sight?
I’d love to meet them!
