‘Fil dor not out of it at all’.

I think he probably is as Patrick Mullins echoed your point saying Vauban will improve again.

What else is the jockey going to say, Mike?

“Sorry, Mr Ricci. I know that’s only his second race but you’ve wasted your money. I’m afraid that’s as good as he is” ? 🤔

I’m guessing you missed the interview Gladiateur. He singled out Vauban out of the Mullins winners when asked, after he spoke about Facile Vega.

Think you’re missing the point, Mike.

No jockey is going to say anything other than that there’s loads of improvement to come after a horse’s second start, especially when it’s a high-profile horse belonging to a major owner.

Can everyone just please boost mine and Mikes ego and tell us that Vauban will definitely win and that Pied Piper beat nothing the other week, it would do my nerves and sanity the world of good for the next few weeks.

That’s what we like to hear Kris all aboard the bandwagon! Still my only bet of the festival so Paul Townend has a chance to redeem himself with me, I’ve never quite forgiven him for sending Boston Bob to the front too early in the RSA lol.

Hope you had that good big breakfast Ben, you’ll need the energy for roaring as he hacks up… then you can go and buy champagne and caviar for an afternoon snack ;-)

Well done all on him. I think 2nd and 3rd are good horses and that could be decent form. Il Etait Temps makes Echoes In Rain look tractable, needs a hurdle every other stride to slow it down a bit. Hope Danny Mullins has a bag of frozen peas for his hands.
