Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...December 14, 2025 at 17:21 #1747591Triptych, did you nominate Chelmsford last year for the same event?
Poster of the year (Joint Nomination) The Raymos for having the time to run various comps.
Racecourse Musselburgh
Flat Horse Ka Ying RisingDecember 14, 2025 at 23:57 #1747610Do you know what Landafar I probably did now thinking back, I believe the actual event happened November 2024 but the enquiry came out around June/July this year. I should have checked back to last years nominations.
Many thanks for pointing that out..

I’ll still nominate Chelmsford Racecourse though for the total lack of organisation when a big music event is held there leaving a lot of people unable to retrieve their cars from the opposite side of a dual carriageway.
It fails in other areas as well mainly restricted viewing of races. I’ve only ever been twice since it opened and it’s just 30 minutes from my house. I’d rather drive the extra 45 minutes to Newmarket any day.
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...December 15, 2025 at 21:08 #1747656Jac’s, I visited Chelmsford this year in June, Ladies day I think it was. The best view of the track I had was just before the tunnel entering. Totally agree about viewing the races, terrible.
Note too me..must do Newmarket in 2026. - AuthorPosts
