Thanks for that Jack, it’s a big blow to me that, he was my star horse in
Bobby’s Ten To Follow, and has managed to hit the deck on his only 2
outings this year. I really like this horse, I hope he comes back sound.

Bob, can you let me know the position with Great Field in this competition.
I stuck him on yesterday (14th) at 18.38 and Jack let me know at 18.39 that
he’d already been ruled out of Cheltenham. I don’t know what time Willie Mullins
made it public that he was a non runner, but it was obviously before I put him
in as my selection for the Champion Chase. I see the report in the Racing Post
was at 18.16, so obviously the decision was announced in the afternoon.
