Il Fenomeno €20 win @ 11/10 without Sous Les Cieux
December 4, 2011 at 20:43 #381058Delighted for the Murphy yard that Voler La Vedette finally got her Grade 1. She won with real authority today and if Hurricane Fly misses Leopardstown she’ll have a live chance in the 2 miler. Then again, the 3 mile hurdle could be there for the taking.
Voler La Vedette + €37.50
Il Fenomeno – €20
+ €490.42
December 4, 2011 at 20:55 #381060Nice going Tommy. Lend us a quid…….

Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
December 9, 2011 at 12:15 #381735We’ll see at the end of the season Nathan

Uncle Junior looked to beat Garde Champetre fair and square last time out but who could rule out the cross country specialist. Scotsirish could pose the biggest threat.
€20 win Uncle Junior @ 7/4 (PP 3 place insurebet)
December 9, 2011 at 18:10 #381791Should be a good day for Nicky Henderson tomorrow with both Mossley and Oscar Whiskey holding leading chances. Mossley beat Join Together fair and square over hurdles and should have a good chance of being in the RSA frame. If that is to be the case he’d want to be winning tomorrow and 3/1 seems generous.
€20 win Mossley @ 3/1 (Ladbrokes)
Oscar Whiskey would be my idea of the winner of the Bula if he was in that and this looks a much easier assignment.
€30 win Oscar Whiskey @ 4/6 (Paddy Power)
December 9, 2011 at 18:30 #381796I like Champion Court in that race vs Mossley what chance you give him.
And how your week been so far.
December 9, 2011 at 20:04 #381822Champion Court is a highly talented horse alright Darren, but Mossley was eleven lengths ahead of him in the Albert Bartlett at the Cheltenham Festival. He will have to have improved a lot for fences to bridge that gap in my opinion.
Been quiet this week Darren but another busy weekend ahead I’d say!
December 10, 2011 at 12:08 #381925€16 place on Clerks Choice in the Bula @ 15/8 (Ladbrokes)
December 10, 2011 at 13:59 #381946€10 e/w Quantitativeeasing @ 8/1
Ran well behind Great Endeavour here last time and is the type to win a race like this some day. He’s only a pound higher than when second in the Paddy Power and should be thereabouts again.
+ €384.92
December 10, 2011 at 14:44 #381954Well done thm, although this is through gritted teeth……….guess who was on Medermit
December 10, 2011 at 15:23 #381960Hard luck Venture, was some finish! That’s th winner of the Paddy Power, Hennessy, and December Gold Cup for me, these big handicaps are a piece of cake!

Fancy Bishops Walk to be a serious horse, but can’t back him at that price with JP Magnier up in the last at Navan. Will watch with interest.
December 10, 2011 at 15:34 #381962Dear oh dear…races like that will do Bishops Walk no good
December 10, 2011 at 15:46 #381964Oscar Whiskey made to work there by Get Me Out Of Here, who wasn’t looking comfortable at all.
Oscar Whiskey returns €50
Quantitativeeasing returns €120+ €554.92
December 11, 2011 at 13:04 #382106€20 win Dylan Ross @ 11/10
Finished well ahead of Laganbank last time and looks very classy. Il Fenomeno let the form down last time but looked as if something was amiss.
December 11, 2011 at 13:34 #382113Looked to be going best in the straight but beaten a finish once again. Perhaps he’s not the most resolute.
I think Joncol should be favorite for the Durkan. He had an ideal start to the campaign when he smashed Cooldine, and Rubi Light suffered a bad fall on his. I thought Joncol showed some of the abililty that saw him beat In Compliance in this a couple of years back and he’s the most reliable bet imo.
€20 win Joncol @ 11/4
+ €514.92
December 11, 2011 at 15:28 #382144Sea Of Thunder looked like running out an easy winner yesterday in the Albert Bartlett trial and I can’t believe he’s not single figures for the festival race.
€10 e/w Sea Of Thunder @ 16/1, Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle
December 12, 2011 at 12:46 #382274Happy Birthday Tommy
,Can you lend me a grand to put on
Sea of Thunder
