I suggest you re-read the thread again Nathan.
I made comments about Billion’s opinions/lack of knowledge of only one small subsection of gambling, that of mathematics of betting. Absolutely nothing else. Despite his more generalised offensive comments towards me (some of which were deleted) I did not respond in kind.

Billion could have stopped at any time, but kept on coming back for more, that’s up to him, whatever age he may or may not be.

I find your apparent dissaproval (which is now only evident once Billion has left us) more than a little hypocritical Nathan. When TAPK was claiming (without any evidence what so ever) that I was a "fake, cheat, liar and charlatan", you couldn’t get enough of it. At times even egging him on; despite my disaproval.

Try to do the forum/forumites a favour and what do you get?

Ginge, I tried to divert bill into self blocking you by using the control panel and I tried diverting you into focusing on Goodwood yet you both continued the never ending story.

My only disapproval is we have lost a member who I had a lot of time for in which could of been avoided but you wont hold your hands up to that and at the end of the day it’s his decision, so we’ll leave it there.

Bill throwing sticks and stones at you were OTT imo but very much out of character as he is soft as a block of cheese on the Sahara desert in the peak of a heat wave.

TAPK in my experience has nothing but praise for you….

    Have you two quite finished
    your dinner ?
    I’ll put the kettle
on and we can all have tea
    and I’ll spout some inspiration.

it boils and after three minutes
and a few elbow and lip
    movements …

    ..an inspired conversation strikes up
    through the teapot spout

    "Has anyone else noticed whenever
you come in here its a bit close ?
You could call it fetid but I am
only drinking tea with cow stuff.

Do you think the fact they lock it
up at night causes the stale air –
it almost feels unholy – and everyone
in here seems to be carrying something
    – could it be a stale or possibly mouldy chip ? :|

Don’t touch the tea the pot’s talking sense
and seems to be drinking tea

I agree Nathan, it is so out of character, which is why I did not respond in kind. Surprised at his outrage, as it was MrE I had the problem with, not Billion. We are all gullible/naive about something and it is nothing to be ashamed of. Personally, I hope someone tries to protect me against the things I am gullible/naive about.

But Billion sadly seemed to take it bad and always going to leave however long this thread lasted, as evident in his first few posts. Shame, because (as you say) could’ve easily blocked me, not that I am on these pages enough for him to be concerned about anyway. But that doesn’t seem enough.

Suspect there’s more to his decision than my few words, but if it brings Bill back Nathan, I will either leave instead or undertake not to visit this section anymore.

    Up to him

    which it is.

But if so, hope Matron keeps a good look out for bollocks/fantasy that if left unquestioned could easily lead vulnerable members losing their own money.

I am going to have a few days off TRF, for Bill to decide.

    Mark

Ginge if your in the same cell block
as me Mondays are always hard
its the day they all used to queue
up at the post office to cash in
    their government handouts

    Your call

    Billion is a great contributor,
    a huge presence
    a massive talent
    – a great loss
    if….

Mr E is a legend in here and
often puts the lights out and tucks
    in.
He is related to the Marx brothers and
is the pulse in here and never
needs to medicate to produce his
    brilliance.

Ginger is an enigma and often goes to
bed with a calculator – he has a
huge following and is well respected
for his analytical skills at getting
inside bookie’s premises and safes without
    the normal gun.

Nathan… oh well… forgot nope no words
    – he’s staying – he makes a good cup
of cocoa from a Horlicks tin.

There wasn’t enough room and it finished up in the ditch.

    Is Bill sitting there still
will he free or rather kill
    the errant tipster’s quill
    and If he can’t fulfill
    sending him to heaven
will Bill let him tuck in
all the men in ward seven
    and scratch their chins
    forgive them their sins
    and will Bill demand
    he does not whinge
or give math until they cringe
but spin roullette until they win
and put their money in a tin
    for all their sins
    then turn the tannoy down
and check for any sight of toes
and lights right down until its dull
and then they dream of two heroes
doddery old man and his mate Sea g u l l

Probably at his caravan in Norfolk, not much of a signal there, Nathan.

You may get itchy fingers Bill
at first and feel a bit at a loss
but as the weeks go by you will
    soon feel better about it.
    When you think of it
there is not that much going on
is there ? Join the ghosts with relish
Mrs Bill will be more than half pleased
    and the management have curiously
done you a favour. You might have thought
tena for bill was a better thread
but really lucky dip was your lifesaver.
You can really relax now and enjoy
tea and ginger biscuits with your
feet up and not have to worry
    about Nathan’s jibes or whether
you are a few bob up or down
or chasing that rainbow the undiscovered
system that will change your life.
By the way a little news – Badun
was found with a winning system in
his pocket – problem is he was inside
    a butcher’s refrigerator – the freezing
room – he had taken it all too far.
He found the elixir but couldn’t get
the damn thing out of his pocket.
His last words written in ice were
I’ve found it but it is bloody cold in here.
Anyway Bill just a word to thank you
for your entertainment and I used to read you
with relish, or was that with a radish.
There are few left like you
now – that tell it like it is :|
I shall join you soon for months
of joyful inactivity tell Mrs Bill
to put kettle on and we can watch
the flies together possibly for ever

    p.s. you will never
    be forgotten Bill
a hero of ward seven who
    finally cracked it
    and found a way out

Billion – I was unaware of all this, I rarely scour this section for moderation purposes as it is usually a pretty amiable part of the forum.

You can email on david@theracingforum.co.uk if you wish, I’ll have a look through the thread later and am aware some stuff has been edited/removed.

As far as I know there is no roulette system which can in the genuine long term (million+ spins) create profit (other than exploitation of a wheel bias or dealer influenced edge).

I am equally sure that Mr E is well aware of that.

I had typed some comments on my perception of what went on but I will share these privately with the individual concerned.

A sad thread really and Billion and Mr E I hope you reconsider your decision to withdraw, I personally value your contributions greatly, as I am sure others do, and suffice to say I am disappointed at the lack of respect you and your views were given.

This is has been a difficult call.

I have been in communication with MrE as well.

I am afraid there are always people that have put their views in a less than tactful manner on TRF over the years on all sections of the forum.

Deleting threads, banning people would have in my opinion been counterproductive.
