I don’t know enough about the subject to answer, so I will have to look into the argument for their reasoning; unlike RWNJ, who apparently pluck their opinions out of thin air, I look at the actual evidence before arriving at a decision.
However, it must be stressed that this is one candidate’s opinion – it is not official Green Party policy.
April 11, 2026 at 18:53 #1763236The solution is easy. Which of the three rational parties – Greens, Labour or LibDems can beat Conservatives/Reform. That’s the one to go for.
April 11, 2026 at 19:09 #1763238Labour and the Lib Dems are “rational”?
Not for a long time now: Labour sold their souls to the devil once Blair took over, while the Lib Dems should never be forgiven for supporting the Tories in the 2010 coalition (and getting f*** all in return, lest it be forgotten).
Anyone whose brain has not been eroded by nearly 50 years of neoliberal propaganda has only one option: vote Green.

You can tell that the right wing Establishment (i.e. most of it) is terrified of the Greens purely because of the scaremongering headlines. Apparently the ‘Polanski wants to ban racing’ bollocks stems from a single Tweet two years ago. As far as I am aware the Green manifesto for the next General Election has not been published so we don’t know their position, as a party, on racing, prisons, drugs, or anything else.
Being a democratic institution, there is presumably facility to remove Polanski should the membership decide. Does the same exist for Reform?

Absolutely correct, Richard.
But the intellectually bereft sheeple will fall for it.

They are rapidly becoming the party of the left. Despite laughable claims to the contrary, Labour is no longer left wing and many will not forgive the Lib Dems for the 2010 debacle.
April 11, 2026 at 21:32 #1763265According to the RWNJ, this Labour government is socialist.
😂
April 16, 2026 at 07:18 #1763762Found this now not a clue who/what they are but obviously Jewish( I presume) a piece on the green party, not saying they are right but gladders/ other green supporters is it a worry? Now greens are becoming a bigger party I think they need looking at, same as rwnj parties
ourfight.ukApril 16, 2026 at 09:49 #1763773Ourfight.uk appears to be another of those organisations which conflate the dislike of the actions of Netanyahu’s extremist government with dislike for all Jews.
They are not the same thing.
And, lest we forget, Zack Polanski is Jewish.
April 21, 2026 at 05:02 #1764395“Our problems are not coming over here by small boat, they are flying overhead”
Too bloody right, although Polanski could equally have said they’re sailing in ridiculously expensive yachts.
April 21, 2026 at 05:17 #1764396Will the Greens let us do anything …. Sorry but I ain’t voting for a party who wants to ban horse racing and whose leader says can can increase a woman’s bust through hypnotism , Jesus even Boris wouldn’t push that shite
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
April 21, 2026 at 05:31 #1764397Firstly, who says the Greens won’t let you do anything? 🤷♂️
Secondly, banning horse racing is not official policy.
Finally, that breast thing was a PR stunt, made before Polanski was even in politics, as has been explained millions of times. It speaks volumes about the intellectual capacity of those who just repeat this line ad nauseam.
April 21, 2026 at 07:11 #1764398It also speaks volumes that it’s the only bit of ‘dirt’ that anyone can dig up on him. Compare that to what certain other politicians have got up to in their pasts, and indeed in office in some cases.
April 21, 2026 at 08:28 #1764403Well, looks like i’ll be ‘excluded’ from society, as a Right-winger. Banished to the island of Lundy, where i’ll live as a goat.
April 21, 2026 at 08:54 #1764404Who is going to exclude you and why?
April 21, 2026 at 09:52 #1764405It won’t upset many if any on this thread but I would self exclude if greens got in but Father Time might beat me to it.
I will do an Olly Robins and not disclose my reasons why

Reads like an Allister Heath headline in the Telegraph.
