I was just going to say that I thought it was more of a tendon/ligament sort of damage, and that has been confirmed. He didn’t lose his action in the way that the poor Godolphin horse did on Tuesday. What is sad is the way that he was bowling along in front so happily when it happened. So pleased that we haven’t lost him.

Great win by one of our local stables. Where’s the praise for Illustrious Blue and William Knight/Jim Crowley.

Didn’t think you’d bother to mention the race here but I had 11-1 with Paddypower @ 7.30am yesterday.

Watch out for Proper Charlie at Newmarket. He’s a little backward, well bred and a £58k purchase so hoping for big things.

    :D :D
