Strange that most of the below form runs have come from the Wylie horses – Nichols Canyon, Shaneshill, Up For Review and Bellshill.
I wonder if they are all stabled in close proximity together at the yard.

Injured ‘Sprinter’ I’m afraid.

Chin up Zark, there’s always another Mullins horse to take its place.
February 11, 2016 at 00:16 #1233056Lol I wasn’t talking about me :D
February 11, 2016 at 13:12 #1233094Gord is right, Mullins is going to dominate this year and in 20 years time we’ll look back at this period and think “why did we not all make a fortune backing mullins horses, they were so f***** obvious!”
That is, unless, we back the living daylights out of them and put our faith in the Irish wizard.
Get the accumulators on, the likes of Min, Limini, Douvan, Faugheen and Un De Sceaux won’t lose, Vautour will probably win the gold cup too when he’s 100% fit and lost those extra pounds he was carrying round the King George.
February 11, 2016 at 13:14 #1233095Annie Power or Vroom Vroom Mag too depending on which one goes to the mares. Can’t see Thistlecrack getting beat in the world hurdle either, that is unless Cole Harden wins, which I happily had last year, will obviously have to back it again as long as it’s good ground.
February 17, 2016 at 13:49 #1234006I will still be amazed if Willie doesn’t get 10 winners cometh the day as its written in stone he has 5 on day one
Your stone is **** IMO.

Faugheen out of Champion hurdle has possibly just killed all the big Ante-Post Accas in one.No pretending it hasn’t affected mine but with a bit of musical chairs my ‘Cheltenham Certainty’ could still succeed. We dont fall around crying in the Ante-Post world of betting we get up dust ourselves down and hope like Joe says Annie gets her gun and ‘Vroum Vroum’ goes for the mares..Panics not setting in just yet!!
February 17, 2016 at 18:57 #1234069Faugheen is out so that puts the day one accumulator down the swannee
Sorry to hear that LD73 but thats exactly why I’ve taken the ‘Willie Mullins horses’ not the horses themselves.I’d still rather ‘Faugheen’ was a player mind but he does have the first 3 favs for the race even now!!
February 17, 2016 at 19:30 #1234078Gutted, not only has it stung my bets but I won’t get to see Faugheen regain his title in the flesh, the Tuesday will still be a great day though.
Obviously VVM goes for the Mares (only race she can will at the festival) and with Artic Fire not being owned by the Yanks wife you’d have to assume Rich will send Annie to the Champion Hurdle. Though I do think she’d be an incredibly strong yardstick in the world hurdle.
99% sure (based on no inside info) Min, UDS and Douvan will remain with their current targets and VVM goes to the Mares with Arctic Fire and Annie Power going to the Champion hurdle.
And of course Willie’s going to have a bunch of handicap runners/winners. That lot he had running in the Betfair hurdle had a nice easy warm-up.
