    I hope TTC is OK.

I have some cheese ordered for later in the week. It is a big weekend of sport with the Open Golf, the fourth Ashes Test and all the racing, so I thought I should stock up.

No Lanark Blue, so I have got Dorset Blue Vinney as the blue cheese instead. Sparkenhoe Red Leicester and Mrs Appleby’s Cheshire are both classics. And Gubeen from County Cork is absolutely delicious.

    “I hope TTC is OK.”

    As do I.

    That cheese order sounds sensational.

I miss TTC too; I wonder if he ever looks at the site still. Hope he is doing well.

I take as I find and TTC was not only alright with me, he was witty with it.

The row that led to his understandable ban was painful to watch for me as it involved two people I really like.

In fact, the other party showed IMO a lot of quality in acknowledging his part in it afterwards, which made me like him all the more.

So, if you’re looking in, TTC, miss ya!

Anyway, one is about to finally get round to something: https://www.thecourtyarddairy.co.uk/shop/buy-cheese/goats-sheep-cheese/buy-lanark-blue-cheese/?attribute_pa_size=250g&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI46uxn8CpgAMVGZKDBx1WaArnEAQYASABEgKa9_D_BwE

    You won’t regret it Ian.

A lump of said cheese the size of the old Lanark racecourse is Hampshire bound.

I love Roquefort, so I’m expecting to love this – just don’t ask me for a cholesterol reading anytime soon!

I had a delivery of three of my favourite cheeses today: Epoisses, Ossau-Iraty and Boulette d’Avesnes.

    That’s my weekend sorted.

A welcome return to Group 1 cheese form for Gladders – his cholesterol level, though!

I bought 4 cheeses in “The Mousetrap” in Ludlow on Wednesday: Shropshire Blue, Worcestershire Gold, Little Hereford and Whittington Red. I had not heard of the latter three. All quite pleasant.

I also have £40 of vouchers to spend in my local cheese shop, some of which will be used to stock up for Cheltenham week.
