Quote: from Soba on 8:39 pm on Jan. 14, 2007[br]Kirsty is a wizard in my opinion and no words can express her well enough in my mind. A hugely dedicated woman who is not only a fantastic trainer with what she has but is also as genuinely as nice a lady as you can find.
I couldn’t put it better myself, Soba. Well said.
January 14, 2007 at 20:09 #35774I have to confes I didn’t actually watch the race: I spent the time in the kitchen with my hands over my ears not daring to even listen! So when I went in the lounge afterwards and my hubbys said "she won" I could have kicked myself for not having the nerve to watch! Fortunately I saw the replay this morning on ATR and was so impressed with her enthusiasm and guts. I know it was a weak race, but she won it at a canter and I’ve always thought she puts her heart into every race. So many lower grade horses are ungenuine or unconsistent, but Taj doesn’t seen to be either of those things.
I’m chuffed to bits! Can’t want for next time!
Only down side was the awful pile up in that earlier race. Typifies the ups and downs of horse racing.
January 14, 2007 at 21:20 #35775What a fantastic result for Taj…Well done to all concerned and knowing craig on a personal level,to say he`d be made up would just be the understatment of the century…heres to many more
January 16, 2007 at 20:00 #35776Any news on her new handicap mark yet?
January 16, 2007 at 20:02 #35777Well said Soba.
