I’ve a feeling that Special Acceptance could run well here, so I’ve initially taken 12-1
January 6, 2024 at 15:23 #1676440My pin has landed on Gold Clermont 15-2 ew 4 places.
January 6, 2024 at 19:36 #1676455Ride of Arcadia has been running well at a higher level than this , winner at 3m2 is say 5s is a fair price
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
January 6, 2024 at 19:39 #1676456Dom Of Mary down in class.

January 6, 2024 at 20:05 #1676460I’m with HDLG in Rose of Arcadia, she stays and goes on the ground and usually runs a good race.
January 6, 2024 at 20:31 #1676467Sporting Ace for me, young enough to keep on at the death.
January 6, 2024 at 21:51 #1676473No thoughts as yet but I do rather like this race. So I’ll check it out and post something if there’s anything standsout.
January 6, 2024 at 22:28 #1676474Tommy Beau at 17/2 with his stable in excellent form.
January 6, 2024 at 22:34 #1676475I’ll go for Rose Of Arcadia 6/1 who comes out top on my ratings. She stays well, is suited by a decent bit of cut in the ground and this race is the lowest class she’s contested since a Fontwell win in March 2023. Lost nothing in defeat at Newbury last time behind two better rated animals in a Mares’ Listed race.

Win
Looks very progressive and hit peak last time out over further at Exeter the drop in distance the main worry. But pulled right away to trounce rivals by twenty lengths and if he can handle drop in distance likely be in the shake up.
Tommie Beau
Each way
Goes for a fourth regional national and a third one on the bounce. Some very astute positioning has seen this horse taking the shortest route grabbing the inner and conserving energy in the finish. Tail gating as well, so could be more up his sleeve as handicapper moves in with a five pound raise. Yard seem unperturbed and carry on regardless off top weight.January 7, 2024 at 14:16 #1676552Not a race I’ve ever had much joy in, but I’ll have a go with Dom of Mary. Already disappointed me this season, but I’ll give him another try
Dom of Mary 11-2

I’m quite keen on marathon races so I’ll have a bash at the Sussex National
at Plumpton today.Aceparti is going to have to step up a class and was well beaten by Gold Clermont
at Fakenham last month. In his favour is that he seems to be on the up and is now
6lb better in with GC and the 14L isn’t a true reflexion of him getting beat as
Charlie Deutsch was easy on him when clearly his chance had gone at the last. he’s
still on the same mark as last time out which is fair enough. The ground should be
fine as should be the distance.2.50 Plumpton Aceparti 14/1 E/W 4 places Bet365.
January 7, 2024 at 15:00 #1676560Well that was convincing, well done winners..
January 7, 2024 at 15:01 #1676561Well done RTB and Bobby, I love seeing them spring heeled at the last after that trip. Tommie Beau ran a cracker. Ground had perhaps dried out a little too much for Rose of Arcadia, I’ll look out for her again on soft or worse.
January 7, 2024 at 15:03 #1676562wd winners.
Jockey useless on Gold Clermont so wide no wonder he faded. He must’ve travelled 4 miles. I knew my fate quite early on.
