I was listening to the pundits on Wm. Hill radio when dissecting a race a race when one of the chaps proclaimed he could never ignore or treat lightly any runner with both COURSE and DISTANCE form.
Sadly his choice did not win but nevertheless it proves such approaches remain valid in the eyes of considered experts.

I am looking again at this plan in the hope of turning my dry run around.
I am not quite sure how far I managed to get with it and so I am starting afresh.
Via the ATR site I remember spotting the CD entries high lighted in Gold and so in keeping with the original plan I am choosing the ONLY GOLD CD in any given race although I will exclude those having been off the track too long and as as my my I want a proper jockey in the saddle.
