Quote from Max – ‘a) Ludicrously simple to predict (e.g. Novice Hurdles, O’nichollspipehobbsderson trained horses); so as to remove the challenge from the selection process.’
How is that new Rolls Royce performing for you Maxilon?
February 24, 2007 at 00:29 #39848Corm, I haven’t backed anything under 10/1 since I managed to get The Brave beat a few years back.

I like your suggestion of a 5 furlong hurdle race. Imagine the likes of Les Arcs or Choisir hurtling to the furlong pole at Ascot with only the formality of a mere hurdle to be negotiated.
I reckon Dayjur would have been 1/2 for that one…;)
February 24, 2007 at 02:29 #39852Would it be an embarrassment to the Derby if they got Sir Percy to jump a hurdle for that one?
February 24, 2007 at 16:22 #39853I quite like the AW racing myself .. I just cant get my head around the banded offal and the price fixing from the bookies.
It would be a real treat seeing Sir Percy give it a bash .. !
Would A.P.still be on board after that mere formality?
March 1, 2007 at 14:29 #39858No because he would of got off to pick up and drag the horse over the obstacle.
