Well done VTC. Balko proved he doesn’t need goodish ground.
UDS pulled too hard (predictable) but not sure even at his best he would’ve beaten this improved performance by BDF.
Cloudy Dream didn’t want to know when it came to it – I won’t be backing him for a win bet.
Frodon outpaced. Cue Card may be regressing fast now, although did have a hard race last time and possibly needs to lead nowadays. Sub L isn’t over what kept him off the track for so long. Interesting BDF was well backed late.

What did he say about Hughes?

Great performance by Balko de Flos. There is no evidence to suggest un de sceaux didn’t perform. He jumped well and beat the rest of the field by a handsome margin. That indicates to me that BDF performance was really top drawer. 170 maybe.

Sad to see Cue Card being pulled up. Never travelling. Excellent race by Balko des Flos, but overall it was a very poor race.

Great race by BDF.
Cloudy Dream does not appear to have the same attitude to hard work as his sire’s most famous son. Maybe needs to drop down in grade to get his head in front a few times.
