Ricky was a sociopath, to give him a slightly more acceptable title, but Hmmmm, quite s nice one. I got to know him extremely well through analysing his writing and I completed his psychopathic (2014) test as he refused. He ended up a high level psychopath.
I would have bent over backwards to change Ricky but I am an honest person and psychopaths just like tigers, cannot change stripes – they have their uses in banks and politics.Ricky may not care much for others, but others are the massif, and psychos need to control them. He’s got a nice smile. He’s a red nose psycho – ENJOYMarch 2, 2022 at 01:07 #1585433Is he still on Betfair forum? Not been there for probably 10 years now.
I've stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains
I've walked and I crawled on six crooked highwaysMarch 2, 2022 at 01:19 #1585435He loves Snaith the old bomber base – but given up on Betfair – they closed chitty chat and Ricky couldn’t have a go in horseracing or politics so swung the tail between his legs.
If Ricky was allied commander of Europe – he’d have a BLT before he recommended bombing.
March 2, 2022 at 01:25 #1585436As far as Putin

No never No nay
THANK YOUMarch 2, 2022 at 02:58 #1585442Yep I wasn’t suggesting by any stretch of the imagination that Ricky was a psychopath
Gamble. I was just making the point that some people can be completely different under
different circumstances. Psychopaths, sociopaths, gaslighters are horrifically manipulative
and two faced, and no doubt there are a few other disorders that could fit the bill.O wad some Pow’r the giftie gie us. To see oursels as ithers see us!
As a very smart man once saidMarch 2, 2022 at 03:00 #1585443A fair point

RICKEEEEEE ?March 2, 2022 at 08:46 #1585449He’s not my mate bigg
I worked with him briefly in fact. A strange coincidence I know and he’s a big charscter but that’s all I found. I liked him
Mind you when he started talking it was like taking a finger out of a damn
March 2, 2022 at 08:48 #1585450Anyone still want the bbc defunded?
The coverage has been extraordinarily good or do some here watch RT?
Lisa ducet is a wonderful reporter apart from the fact she sounds like Mickey Mouse or someone out of wacky races
March 2, 2022 at 09:18 #1585452Both the BBC and Sky News have been excellent: their reporters within or near the war zones being calm, collected and informative
Clive Myrie gave a rather moving reply to the question of evacuation if things get too dangerous in Kyiv, emphasising that he and other broadcasters were there by choice and to leave would feel like a betrayal of those who had no choice
Lyse Doucet is an old hand at hunkering down beneath the bombs and is a terrific reporter. Shame about her voice, indeed
March 2, 2022 at 09:18 #1585453Agreed, Clive. She’s a top-notch journalist but her voice is really grating.
March 2, 2022 at 09:33 #1585454There’s an awful lot of anger, sadness and discomfort around at present. This war on top of Covid has just exacerbated it. I’ve noticed character change in several long standing friends and acquaintances, generally subtle but for the worse. I like to think my character has remained the same but who am I to judge?
I’ve long enjoyed the irreverant Clivexxxx, warts and all. The warts have become a little too tumescent recently but so what? Just a manifestation of his anger and sadness at this latest blow upon a succession of bruises
Don’t let the bastards grind you down
March 2, 2022 at 09:34 #1585455Myrie is brilliant, God knows what kicking off in the background but he carries on like it’s as easy as being sat in a studio in London.
March 2, 2022 at 10:04 #1585457If your character has remained the same drone then you have my sympathies
Clive Myrie is another excellent reporter but of course he would be with that name
March 2, 2022 at 10:21 #1585458Theres a Ukrainian cafe in twickenham accepting donations and im doing so today. In fact its been overwhelmed
My suggestion of cans of petrol and fire lighters to incinerate Russian prisoners didn’t perhaps go down as expected though
March 2, 2022 at 14:35 #1585472Clive “Mind you when he started talking it was like taking a finger out of a damn”
Lol, nicely described Clive, I can well imagine that would be the case
March 2, 2022 at 15:22 #1585478I think it’s just some of her Canadian twang she’s retained that come’s
through (Lyse Doucet) but she doesn’t half put herself about. She’s in
the Kate Adie mould. It feels a bit strange not to see Adie at every
conflict, but she is 76 now. Not sure how she’ll settle to civi life. -
