Kudos to On The Balls’s Joe Molloy, he did a really good interview with Ruby Walsh last week.
Goes well beyond the standard tales of the turf routine. Well worth a listen.
Listened to it live, I thought it was poor enough. The interviewer clearly knew very little about horse racing he just asked ruby to repeat stuff he wrote in his book which is years old at this stage. Struck me as though the interviewer just read his book the night before and basically just got him to repeat some of the more interesting stuff. For anyone who has read Ruby’s book this interview contained nothing new
