I haven’t got a clue where John Quinn will be sending Liberty Beach next.
If he does decide to go to Ascot then I think the 5f Kings Stand will suit her alot better than any 6f race. She gets 6f just about but a fast run 5f is perfect for her.
Battaash is the current sprint champion of the world but is 0/3 at Ascot albeit twice of those was going down to Blue Point. He’s another year older, is he past his peak.? he can certainly lose the race before it has started at times with his antics. Gold Wand put in the best performance of a losing maiden when going down to Domino Darling by the shortest of margins. That race was over a mile on heavy but the way the two pulled clear of the others and with Gold Wand being by Golden Horn I’d suggest that the step up in trip on better going plus having the racecourse experience over her market rival a Gosden trained daughter of Frankel I’d be surprised if she didnt win with plenty in hand.

I want to take Siskin on as he hasn’t run beyond 6f and looks speedy enough to have a question mark over his ability to stay, he is a lovely horse though.
Armory ran enough times as a two year which can be a bit off putting but he is breed to be a better 3 y/o and this track should suit his stamina. I have put a saver on Fiscal Rules who has only ran once (Curragh 7f) when only just beaten by the English Guineas runner up. Bolger can train a horse and must be showing signs at home. Has been money for him as was 20’s this morning.Irish Guineas

I’m taking on King of Comedy, he is the best horse in the race by a fair bit but at a mile I feel he needs a fast pace from early on to be seen at his best. Zaaki is a danger but I’ve gone with my old pal Tabarrak who is drawn in 9 and maybe able to dictate things from the front if they chose to run him that way. Has a decent enough record 1st time up.
Over in Ireland I went with Peaceful who was running on strong on heavy going at Newmarket lto which would suggest better going at the Curragh will suit her style.4/1 PEACEFUL Irish 1000 Guineas £5.00

Magic Wand returned £12.00I was 4 minutes away from landing a 10/1 winner on the football so these two winners were a good tonic. Have to say well done again to Triptych who has been Peaceful’s biggest fan.
Hopefully Bonne Idee can do the business tomorrow and cement her place in the French Oaks. Then onto Royal Ascot, pleased to see that Liberty Beach is into 3rd fav for the Kings Stand at 12/1. She is a horse I like alot and whatever she does on Tuesday I think she will win a big race at some stage in her racing career. Haggas has pulled BWP from the Ribblesdale which is understandable with the going likely to be on the firm side.
The Queens Vase is surely an easier race for her opponent wise.
