I have looked again today at those BF’s which are forecast as favs. again, plus also are favs. on Odds Checker (early prices as I am not one to hang around and keep tabs on what is happening).

Again today a small profit could have been made, 5 selections and a non runner with only one winner being Dubai Bounty at 9/2 but was 5/1 when I checked.

I am not suggesting you change tact but it may be worth noting if your selection is starting the day as fav. where there could be a chance to increase stakes.

I noticed the stuff Pompete which showed interesting results was for

days and not seven. Will reducing the days you suggested from 7 to 5 make a difference to your results and interestingly why?

Want to get their money back quickly

the friends of "connections" told the horse is coming to hand back it when the first run is really a final sharpener? (a touch of conspriacy threory there )

Also will making sure it is running in the same class or lower as when it was fav LTO help?

Also what about distance – does up or down make a difference?

I’m keeping track of days since LTO so if 6 or 7 days works out at less profitable they can be removed.

You make a valid point about class of race and distance and when I’ve got some spare time I will look back and check out the results.
