What a race this is going to be.
    3.00 Chantilly

    Top three in the betting

    St. Mark’s Basilica
    Derab
    Megallan

and you can’t rule out El Drama.

St. Mark’s Basilica for me at 5/2 :good:

He’ll love the ground and hopeful he will get the extra distance.
Don’t know much about the jockey but this Siyouni bred colt out of a Galileo mare is one of AOB’s best. :good:

    Good luck
    Jac

Aye, looks a cracker. Worth a hell of a lot more in prize money than yesterdays Derby too.

I like Adhamo. Absolutely hammered Erasmo (Fabre / Godolphin) on soft ground at Longchamp in a Group 3, Erasmo has subseqeuntly dotted up in a Listed race. LTO was a strange sort of tactical race, and I am willing to forgive that, and think the (highly) likely strong pace will suit much better today. Was on a 5 timer there, and looked a rapid improver.

Proven with plenty of cut, drawn nice and low in 6, top connections, top jockey in Guyon, son of Intello (out of an Invincible Spirit mare) is bred (beautifully) for this particular job. I think he is well and truly overpriced, and am very hopeful of getting a good run for my money here.

Adhamo 3 pts 33/1 Win (Betfair Exchange)
Adhamo 3 pts 13/2 Place (Betfair Exchange)

    I like SMB too Jac,
Think I’d have gone St James Palace stakes myself but Aidan knows what he is doing

Yes Nathan :good: ..Just watched SMB winning the Dewhurst last year finding more as he went up the hill. Noticed a certain Poetic Flare was in 10th position. :good:

Had a saver EW bet on Roger Varian trained El Drama 12/1 as he keeps jumping out every time I look down tbe card. Like tbe way he stepped up to win the Dee Stakes at Chester in soft going so look to him as my main danger to St. Mark’s Basilica. :good:

I’ve gone for Cheshire Academy who’s drawn 19 of 19 which
is not ideal. He’ll no doubt slot in and try and come through them. Normally
when I’ve picked one out and pricewise also picks it, it ends in tears. Hopefully
I won’t be reaching for the kleenex come ten past three
