Decent entry as usual, but with the obvious chance of cutting up.
Dingo Dollar 10’s, and Cloth Cap 13-2 stand out at the prices for win purposes, while Get Out The Gate 50’s, and Hill Sixteen appeal EW.
With so many variables, I should just wait, but with three places available right now, I’ll take the chance on Hill Sixteen, who was a lot more like it at Doncaster last time. Added bonus of not having another entry
Token gesture bet at this time….
Hill Sixteen 20’s EW

Windsor avenue

March 1, 2022 at 09:44 #1585285A good opportunity for a couple of the British contenders to flex their muscles ahead of the Grand National. Windsor Avenue has done little wrong all season and I will be having a close look with a view to Aintree.
With that said I will still be siding with Nuts Well. Consistent, tough and happy to have another go at this trip. Last time was too bad to be true and his trainer is a dab hand at placing her string.
I hope plenty of these turn up, it’s a great set of entries.
March 3, 2022 at 18:08 #1585595Enough handicap form to calculate figures for this:
169 Itchy Feet
161 Dingo Dollar
158 Windsor Avenue
157 Nuts Well
153 Big River
142 Espoir De Romay
138 Hill SixteenCan’t fault Itchy Feet’s recent efforts against very good animals and this looks a strong opportunity with no penalty.

March 3, 2022 at 22:35 #1585652VF – Presumably invoking the unwritten rule ‘Though shalt not beat Big River at Kelso’?
March 5, 2022 at 01:25 #1585772I’ll stick with my 20’s on Hill Sixteen, even though can get 25’s right now, as I want to cover Dingo Dollar.
Not a race to go mad on with Ayr and Aintree on the horizon, but happy to side with the pair of them.
Dingo Dollar 15-2
Hill Sixteen 20’sMarch 5, 2022 at 08:12 #1585781With Bobby with the Thomson pair , his horses have been in and out but Kelso is his back garden and I reckon he,ll have a good day today , will playing his pair in the hurdle to

March 5, 2022 at 09:37 #1585803Yes, surprised at the price for Dingo Dollar who goes well fresh and isn’t far away on the figures.
March 5, 2022 at 10:40 #1585812I’ve backed Itchy Feet several times and I will keep trying. Surely one day it must come together. Distance and ground should suit. Hopefully his jumping isn’t too bad today, then he must have a chance.
Itchy Feet 9/2

March 5, 2022 at 21:46 #1585900Good work Peter and what a price.
Possibly my favourite horse in training. What a legend. I thought the ground was against him at this trip but what do I know.
Won over quarter of a million in win and place prize money.
And the Hamiltons have a whopping 43% strike rate in the last 12 months.
