Thanks for the heads up Bobby, that makes me rethink things at the bottom end.
December 21, 2020 at 18:18 #1514883Thanks Bobby, wasn’t aware of that. Doesn’t really affect me too much, other than I’m fairly certain At The Acorn or High Sparrow won’t get in.
Throw in the travel doubts over Lock’s Corner, and I’m as well waiting now.
December 23, 2020 at 15:43 #1515028Final decs are up for this, https://www.racingpost.com/racecards/187/leopardstown/2020-12-27/773166/
paddy power seem a bit long on some in thier first show, worth a look
December 23, 2020 at 16:28 #1515033Castlebawn West 9-1, and Run Wild Fred 28-1 ew 6 pls will do for me here.
December 23, 2020 at 18:27 #1515042Confused regarding Lock’s Corner, I thought any travel between the UK and Ireland wasn’t permitted yet he remains amongst the final field. What am I missing?
December 23, 2020 at 19:20 #1515046He was already there?
December 23, 2020 at 19:45 #1515047HRI – Declaration for Lock’s Corner (Jj O’Neill) for Leop will be accepted tomorrow. HRI is satisfied that the horse had arrived in Ireland in advance of our announcement on the travel of Irish and UK-trained horses between now and Dec 31 and has been attended by Irish-based staff only
December 23, 2020 at 19:50 #1515048Ah grand, thanks chaps
December 23, 2020 at 19:53 #1515049Was delighted when I seen he was declared. Considering he was 12’s, 14’s all along, was happy to take 10’s. Think he’s got a great chance.
I’ll definitely be adding, one, maybe two, as always a fairly big betting race this.
Give it a proper look tonight.
December 23, 2020 at 23:20 #1515056Ten Ten has been on my radar since his win at Navan last year, and he’s been growing on me for this. I think he’s a very interesting one. Smashing run over hurdles last time, and I think he’s got more to offer. Decent jockey taking five off, and the more I look, the more I like.
I’m going to have a good swing at him.
Spoon, Run Wild Fred an interesting one alright, and if I add a third, it’ll either be him or fellow Gigginstown runners, Farclas or Milan Native.
Lock’s Corner 10’s
Ten Ten 25’sDecember 24, 2020 at 08:59 #1515062I’ve went with Castlebawn West 12/1, and the other two i’m mainly considering are: Dunvegan + Myth Buster.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!December 25, 2020 at 10:05 #1515089Fitzhenry is the one I will be backing here.
December 25, 2020 at 22:54 #1515110I’ll go with Mitchouka here. The jockey is claiming 7 pounds here, and that is a big pro. I think that 25-1 is a massive price.
He is definitely my main selection, but I have had an extra bet at 20-1 on Myth Buster, who is in the same ownership.
December 26, 2020 at 17:42 #1515288I’ll throw a dart at Farclas 14-1 ew 5 places
December 26, 2020 at 23:15 #1515314Captain CJ 12\1 ew, clearly progressive. Lovely chaser this, go onto better things, tough race this though.
Captain CJ 12’s ew
December 27, 2020 at 10:15 #1515331Same dart mike , he,some of the few unexposedhorses in this
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
December 27, 2020 at 11:13 #1515345Mitchouka for me at. Not to special als a hurdler, but he clearly improved as a chaser. On a nice weight. He does have to prove he stays the trip though.
Mitchouka 25/1 EW 6 places
