Beauport was my early fancy for Haydock, but pleased I held off, and tellingvhe comes here instead. Can’t bet two in this, and he’s short enough. He’s got a very good record when I don’t back him
Transmission another horse who always interests me round here, but I’ll stick with good old Sam Brown
Really getting on a bit now, and I hope they’re not keeping going for the sake of it, like they did with Regal Encore, but he was ok last time, and although a large slice of sentiment with this one, I could make a case for him
Edit – Topped up
Sam Brown SP4Pls/22’s4Pls
November 15, 2025 at 18:06 #1744686I’ve also gone Sam Brown vtc

November 16, 2025 at 10:42 #1744731I hope Marble Sands will improve for the longer distance.
Marble Sands 8/1
November 16, 2025 at 10:59 #1744735Nassalam should love the ground , headgear on and he’s getting back towards his last winning mark , there’s going to be a 1 amongst those Ps shortly

November 16, 2025 at 13:07 #1744745Marble Sands 7-1 if he gets the trip.
Won first time out last three seasons. The more I know the less I understand.

November 16, 2025 at 14:54 #1744764Good old Protektorat for me. Don’t think Venetia’s will be fit enough yet, whereas Skelton horse was fit when NR in Charlie Hall
November 16, 2025 at 14:55 #1744765Beauport 7/1 WIN and Latenightpass 20/1 EW.
November 16, 2025 at 15:04 #1744768Well done DBRDBR and RTB. Really stayed every inch of the trip.
November 16, 2025 at 15:06 #1744769Well done DBR and RTB, convincing winner.
Old Protektorat just doesn’t do creep and pop does he? Always has to give it socks.
November 16, 2025 at 15:06 #1744770Well done RTB and DBRDBR
November 16, 2025 at 15:06 #1744771Well done Bend. What a run from the Skelton horse , with that weight in that ground that screams GN in the future
November 16, 2025 at 15:07 #1744772Sorry DBR well done to
November 16, 2025 at 15:14 #1744776“with that weight in that ground that screams GN in the future”
Hope not. Wouldn’t want him going that far on his handicap rating. He’s had a stellar career he don’t need to be doing that aged 11 imo.
November 16, 2025 at 15:22 #1744778Well done dbr and rtb, and what a run from Protektorat. I bet him today, and he gave me a thrill, even if he didn’t quite get there
November 16, 2025 at 15:23 #1744780Agree Mike, he’d destroy himself trying.
