"I have no idea and neither have you so shut the fook up until you do"
So your saying I said the above?
Show me what time I said this at… Your very sad mate.
February 13, 2011 at 00:08 #340355Well said Fist!!
I was referring to this from Welsh which I never said. As I say lowest form of intelligence from the bloke
What do you know about intelligence? You’ve not shown any on here today.
Care to answer any of my questions directed towards you?

February 13, 2011 at 00:11 #340359Fact – You made the post about "Newbury Management" at 9.48pm this evening. Go and have a look for yourself.
With regard to the 2nd one, I think you’ll find I’ve actually quoted Fist (who actually made the statement) and echoed his sentiments in that you should keep your counsel until ALL of the facts are known.
Picking on the wrong fella here old son!
February 13, 2011 at 00:12 #340360A truly awful day for the sport.
I’m not going to chastise anyone for expressing their opinion on what is clearly a very emotionally charged issue.
We are living in an increasingly paranoid, ‘blame game’ culture.
Today was a totally unprecedented incident. The officials at Newbury were presented with a most bizarre sequence of events, which I’m sure they were totally unprepared for.
It’s easy enough for those of us sitting at home, drinking a cup of tea, enjoying a few custard creams saying "If that was me, I would…".
It’s not so easy when you’re responsible for making the decisions amidst a cauldron of confusion and uncertainty. It was impossible to explain why two horses collapsed and died in the parade ring.
– A few horses have just acted very stangely in the parade ring and now two are dead
– What ?!
– I’m serious. A couple of the handlers also reported the possibility of getting an eletric shock from the horsesAnd that’s where you suspend the racing and abandon it minutes later when you’ve spoken to the two vets who looked at the horses
Officials are there for a reason
Vets are there for a reasonHorse racing failed today.
Finger pointing ? Damn right. Part of the problem with racing – the main one, in fact – is that the people in charge are incapable, either being inept or regressive.

It’s being spoiled by personal grudges and petty arguments

I agree, people now false quoting rather than quoting what people actually say.
If I said that mate in your fantasy world then post the direct quote along with the time it was quoted at.
Pathetic.
Anyway I’d agree that this post is going nowhere and I seem to have attracted negative attention so I will refrain from posting here in order to hopefully return the topic to it’s original subject rather than arguments.
For what it’s worth I took a look at my post at that time and never used the word "fook" as you so delightfully say
And I’m not picking on any "fella" "son".
As I say I’m in favour of returning this topic to the proper subject to will refrain from it in the hope some of these posters concentrate on the subject in hand rather than using bad language.
February 13, 2011 at 00:18 #340363Yes your right I do want that. Difference of opinions but I’m not telling you to get a grip. I accept your opinion but money/loss of revenue was the reason management acted so irresponsibly today, not pressure/confusion.
The fact there was such confusion says straight away CANCEL RACING.
The above is the post that you made about Newbury Management.

It was going somewhere until this dikhead derailed it. Report button used.
February 13, 2011 at 00:20 #340365Joncol,
care to make comment on any of the points where I have quoted you?
And as for getting this thread back on topic. I thought it was on the topic that you wanted. YOU!!!

Simple – No.
It’s quite obvious my posts are taking away from the experience of other posters with yourself and this Welsh lad misquoting.
As I say fairly obivous it’s best I refrain from posting to yourself or himself as others getting sick of it and this is turning into he said rather than the incident at hand at Newbury.
If you want to ask me a question directly then private mail me as no problem whatsoever responding to questions directly which won’t take up room on this topic itself so private mail me if you want to ask a question.
February 13, 2011 at 00:23 #340367Joncol,
can I ask where you were watching these events unfold?

February 13, 2011 at 00:34 #340369Joncol and Deep Sensation please stop with this pointless chat#
I like this thread and think as progress and information comes along about Newbury investigation we could have interesting debates. But already people are crying to lock thread. Joncol you claimed to me earlier you wanted to make sure this was not forgotten, Well here some advice think about unwinding on topic for evening. Or you will just make sure this thread locked and then either find your banned for few days etc , Is it worth while just for 1 day rant over something than we still all need more information about?
Oh please don’t answer this tonight , think about it and go to bed and you can continue tomorrow if you still feel so passionate about it
February 13, 2011 at 00:35 #340370nursey must have put the old fart to bed
