    Perished at Kelso yesterday. He appeared to suffer a seizure on the jumping the first fence and I suspect he was dead before hitting the ground.

    A regular on the northern circuit in recent seasons, he was the winner of 5 races from 2m to 3m.

    Awful news. The owner is a lovely lady and a true horse lover. Was better known for owning J-J Henry in years gone past. No doubt she will be devastated with losing Moor Spirit.
