Sadly put down today, was travelling like a dream at 40/1 but sadly didn’t jump near the end of the 2m 4.20 at Towcester. Nasty nasty fall. RIP
Poor boy – such a fine line between triumph and disaster. He looked as though he was going well and would have been involved in the finish. I see he’s had a busy career on the all-weather (40 races) and today was his 65th ever start – quite a lot for a 7 year old. Still he looked like he was enjoying it and I hope his suffering was brief. RIP
