Glad your getting out Big G , fingers crossed you get a few winners on Sat , some proper horses out over Fri and Sat esp in ireland
November 14, 2025 at 13:47 #1744443Sorry to hear you’re back in the hospital Graham! Hopefully by the time you read this you’ll be back home relaxing, watching some racing from Cheltenham, finding a few good priced winners! Take good care of yourself!
Mydaddypaddy looked very impressive Graham – I think you have a good one there!!
I like the idea behind your “Silver Army” Jac. Hopefully L’Eau du Sud can create an upset and topple the mighty Jonbon for you today.
Good Luck everyone with any bets and all your comp selections this weekend!
November 14, 2025 at 14:39 #1744460Aaargh
All ready to go and packed up this morning when they decide they want another ECG….and then another one. More bloods and if I get home it will be later on and depend on the results. I mean, I was in the starting stalls until the starter waved the “no start” flag. So near
November 14, 2025 at 15:19 #1744480Bored silly laying here so I realised Cheltenham started today. I’ve decided to chance an e/w on Imperfectantlyperfect in the 3.30 even although I hate using my phone for this. I saw a bit of the last race. How on earth did that jockey hold on on the horse that was 3rd at the last fence. Brilliant stuff by the Jockey 🏇
Imperfectantlylperfect 33/1 Bet 365
Good luck everyone
November 14, 2025 at 15:36 #1744487Oh Graham that was a disappointment just as you were ready to fly out of the gates. Hope your Cheltenham bets come good today and the comps go well over the weekend…

Meanwhile… back at Cheltenham I’ve just come out from behind the sofa to witness
L’eau Du Sud winning the Schloer Chase very impressively with a magnificent round of jumping…
I honestly never expected him to improve that much and he’s earnt his hay tonight in the Silver Army stables.
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 14, 2025 at 15:44 #1744490Sorry you got held up by a false start Graham – better safe than sorry my friend. Hopefully you’ll be on your way soon!
I was just going to say, what a run by L’Eau du Sud – well done Jac!
With so many on Jonbon, I can’t say I’m disappointed at the result! Your Silver Army is a force to be reckoned with! It’s a shame you didn’t have No Drama This End in your ten as well. What an impressive win.Take Care All!!
November 14, 2025 at 18:21 #1744519Thanks Andre
L’eau du Sud has certainly stepped up since his last run and he put on a flawless jumping display this afternoon. ❤️ Hope he goes on to bigger things. Jonbon certainly doesn’t go at Cheltenham but did stay on to finish 2nd.
Yes, it was a proper grey day at Cheltenham today with the wonderful Eldorado Allen winning, then L’eau du Sud followed by No Drama This End.
I think I must put him on my ‘steal list’ when the transfer window comes round next year.
Jac xGood luck tomorrow everyone.
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 14, 2025 at 18:34 #1744531Big G you should have ditched your doctor and bolted for the stable sorry hospital door , seriously hope your home soon
November 14, 2025 at 21:36 #1744558Three of my ten go tomorrow…….
Kopek Des Bordes, Marine Nationale & The Yellow Clay
With a bit of luck I’ll be getting a lot closer to you Jac!
Good Luck Everyone
November 14, 2025 at 21:50 #1744560Hi everyone I hope that all is well with all of you.
BigG – Sorry to hear that you are back in hospital
but remember that they have your best interests at
the centre of the decisions they make and that they
work to a totally different clock to the outside world.
You will be back home soon. How is Marjorie coping with
all this worry?
All the best for now
November 14, 2025 at 23:04 #1744569Wow Andre. 3 really good horses..Best of luck I’ll be cheering them home for you.

I have one runner in the Paddy Power Gold Cup tomorrow and he’s not without a chance even though he’s trading at 18/1 at the moment. He’s trained by Ben Pauling and I think he’s well thought of in the yard, his name is . Bad he’s a lovely looking little grey who seems to enjoy his jumping.
and I’m hoping he’ll run better than his name..
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 15, 2025 at 15:00 #1744652Thanks guys for all the well wishes, it’s much appreciated
John, Marjorie is doing fine, my sister was keeping an eye on her whilst
I was in hospital. I got out (eventually) last night and I’m
feeling a million times better than I was at the start of the week,
and the 2 weeks before that to be honest. Loving sitting here
watching Cheltenham although I don’t know what the hospital
doctor would say about me scoffing a pork pie.I didn’t have any luck in the Paddy Power, in truth I missed
the 1st couple as I was asleep. I’ve got Long Draw who is running
in this one at the moment so I’ll give it a watchBest of luck everyone and well done Jac with L’eau Du Sud, your’e
off and running in the TTF
November 15, 2025 at 23:20 #1744713Left myself too late with the gee gees, didn’t get a look at them
until 15 mins before the Paddy Power and rightfully got duly humped.
Still a bit knackered after this week, but I had a bit more time to
have a look at the US PGA Golf tonight and it managed to pull me out
of a hole (again) …..CONGRATS! 🤑
YOU HAVE WON £225.00
W
Adam Schenk
14/1
3rd Round Leader – 3rd Round Leader
12:20 15 November 2025
Stake
£30.00
Returns
£225.00He would have been the outright 3rd round leader if his co-leader didn’t hit a flukey eagle
at the par 5 17th. His drive was in the rough about 2 feet from the water, manages to get it
onto the top of the green, then rolls it in from about 40 ft
Halved the prize but I’ve
got him at 16/1, same stake, to win outright and he’s currently generally 4/1 favourite. Plenty
of wind tomorrow though and half a dozen within 1 shot, so it’s no gimmie.November 16, 2025 at 09:35 #1744724Glad to hear you are now home and feeling a bit better Graham..keep those feet up and keep studying your Golf Tournaments they are doing you the world of good 👍

What a disappointment that Navan was called off this Saturday and so many decent horses missed their chance to shine.
I’ve no doubt I wouldn’t be sitting at the top of the TTF Leaderboard this morning if Andre’s 3 cracking horses had run..but all their races will be rescheduled on more suitable ground and it’s just a matter of time so keep the faith.
All good wishes to Marjorie Graham..Jac x
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 16, 2025 at 14:33 #1744757Glad you’re back home Graham
and finding some golfing winners
I hope Schenk wins it all for you on Sunday!Seeing Navan called off was a disappointment – I think Saturday’s racing has been moved to Monday, although Marine Nationale has been withdrawn, because of the ground. Final Demand goes in the 15:07 at Navan today, so fingers crossed for him!
I hope everyone is doing well! A rare Sunday off, which means I can get out in the garden and clean up the mountain of leaves that have fallen from neighbors trees, into MY garden!
Take Care All
November 16, 2025 at 14:37 #1744758Thanks so much Jac and I’ll be sure to hand that on to Marjorie. At
least we are home together even if it’s a bit like the blind leading
the blind
It is a pity about Navan I would have watched that so instead I decided
to have a go on the last day at the European golf tournament. Thank God
for my golf……CONGRATS! 🤑
YOU HAVE WON £366.83
W
Matt Fitzpatrick
13/2
Win – Win
03:30 16 November 2025
Stake
£48.91
Returns
£366.83I wouldn’t normally put that much on but it was the remainder above
the hundreds.I’ve still got Adam Schenk in the Bermuda Championship tonight, but that’s
just a bonus now if he wins.Having a look at Cheltenham, it’s hard to get away from Venitia William’s
Tanganyika,in the 2.55, but he’s quite short in the market. I wonder if there
is a bit yet to come from Martin Pipe’s 2nd season chaser Lady Balko. Might be
worth a bit of E/W at 33/1 with Paddy (who hates me at the moment
)November 16, 2025 at 15:23 #1744781Lady Balko ran well enogh for a while, obviously needed that
1st run under her belt.In the 3.30 I suppose I’m duty bound to have a bet on Alexei. I
have him on my tracker where I wrote
“Joe Tizzard says he is “thrown in” with his mark on the flat.
Jockey says the horse has quickened this season over jumps but
7lbs up for his last jumps win.”I’d rather he was taking in a flat race but he seems to be improving anyway
3.30 Cheltenham – Alexei 100/30 Paddy Power
