Great Photos Jac! Thanks for sharing. Desert Flower is a lovely looking filly! Happy that you found a few winners too!

In the Godolphin comp – I am on 2,600 pts and 257th overall. Five winners, from seven runners – so a good start. Probably a pretty long dry spell though until I get a few more runners. The leaders are already on 4,450 pts! Ridiculous!!

I didn’t make it home in time from the craft show to have a bet on Sovereignty – he went off at 9/1 here in the Kentucky Derby. So I’m kicking myself for not putting it on earlier. Oh well, that’s my luck

    Thanks Andre… :good:
9/1 Sovereignty 😱… I backed him here with Paddy Power and they only gave me 5/1.

What a weekend Godolphin had, there was a fantastic atmosphere at Newmarket yesterday and the roar from the crowd when Desert Flower came out of the dip and forged ahead was amazing to be a part of.

I didn’t know about the Kentucky Derby/Oaks being run when I did my stable so missed out there but still have a respectable
    2200 points and 335th position…
with about 3 runners left to run in a week or two. :good:

As you say leaders on 4450 points and he/she has already swapped in 23 Horses  5 x swaps is 50 horses so they have already used 50% of their swaps just to be top..that’s crazy …

I’ll do a little mini leaderboard when John puts up his results but really well done with your score so far. :yahoo: Jac x

Thanks Nathan..I was really lucky with the Victory parade picture as I was just clicking away and Buick raised his arm.. :good:
Charlie Appleby said after the race they were never worried at any point about her winning as he knew that once she had safely negotiated the dip without a ‘wobble’ she would surge ahead. Great Oaks prospects now.. :good: Jac

Jac shouting – “John Gooch wants to know when the next bonus race is happening” ?

Buick waving his fist is a mildly aggressive manner “If I hear one more word about the f****ing bonus races”

No word from Graham from the email I sent him and he hasn’t participated in the super six since middle of March or FPL so it seems a bit deeper than just not being able to access TRF :-(

Thanks Nick and Moe … on subject of Graham, yes deeply worrying that no reply to Nathan’s email and I think we now have to wait to see if possibly Cormack or one of our Admin team can find out his address and perhaps drop him a line.
He would definitely have been joining in the Guineas betting and as Nathan said he’s been a no show on the other Threads and that has to be a big concern.🤔

As Mark Twain would say, “roumers of my death have been greatly exagerated”. Firstly,
when I was able to look at a screen again, I was deeply touched by the number of people
who were genuinely worried because of my non appearance. Missing out a great deal of
the story, and just so this gives some idea what has been going on, for the last month
or so, my health did take a serious dip and people here were very worried about me.
A couple of my symptoms were my eyesight was no more than a blur and my hand shake
was such that I could neither write or type, In any case I wouldn’t see it anyway.

I’m so sorry that I put quite a lot of people through it but there’s not much I could
do. I have to thank my doctor who Just wouldn’t give up and after many changes of
drugs he has managed to get me nearer to my self before this attack and at least I
can see, with a slight glow around words, and my tremors are greatly reduced. It’s
play it by ear, as my doc says, but I’ll accept that and I greatly missed the contact
with all my friends from here. I might be a bit reduced in my time I spend online but it’s a
relief getting back to any state that allows me to to contact all my frieds from here,
so many good wishes were sent, Jac you nearly wrote a book about my absence :rose: .

I’m not for giving in just yet, and if I see a bright light I’ll run (well hobble)
the other way. It’s hard to believe that it seems I was so missed. I truly thank
    you all
