    I backed Blind Begger less than 5 mins ago(edit – at 10/1) with Bet365,
it changed to 15/2 seconds later.

Wow, that was close. Managed to bag 3rd place in a blanket finish.
    No harm done :good:

Sorry Graham I backed Rebel Empire the 20/1 winner in that..it was a last minute hunch as I try to follow Middleham Park Racing and I only put £2 EW on it but hey he ran a corker and wish I’d put him in my Select 3 but I didn’t look at that race until late.

Also did Midnight Lion and Pacifist 4.15 at Newcastle..I had a tenner on him my last bet today.

I do sometimes go bigger with the Stakes but I was being cautious today.
Not giving my Badge money back. :good:

Thanks Nick & Graham :good: ..it’s been a long time coming my profit and loss chart took a deep dive just before Christmas .. I’m just warming up again now..lol. Roll on Meydan. :yahoo:

    Godolphin Fantasy League score…

    1370 Points
    159th

    :good:

Andre really glad to hear that you are safe and well the scenes from LA have been hard to watch unfold.Thank goodness the loss of life, although tragic, has been minimal. I thought Joe Biden came across with genuine concern for those left homeless in contrast to the lack of empathy shown by the incoming President and his sidekicks.

To help you get back into the swing of the Godolphin competition Andre and all of us really…I detail below all the dates of racing at Meydan up to The Dubai World Cup on Saturday 5th April… :good:

    January
    Friday 17th
    Friday 24th
    Friday 31st

    February
    Friday 7th
    Friday 14th
    Friday 21st

    March
Super Duper Saturday – 1st March
    Friday 7th
    Friday 24th (Gold Cup Day)

    Dubai World Cup night 🏆
    Saturday 5th April

    ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

This is taken from Meydan Race Club site and I hope it is all correct.

Best of luck sorting those swaps out up to beginning of April and let’s hope we have plenty Bonus Races to help us keep up with those ‘in the know’…Jac x

You’re on fire with your betting Jac! Lovely to see.

Thanks for the info on the upcoming Meydan races – I will try and use a swap in the next week or two to get things rolling again. Does the comp include World Cup Night. I think so….. and will check their website, if I remember, next time I log in.

Don’t get me started on the incoming “Orange blob”, I can already feel my blood pressure going up – it’s going to be a very, very long four years. He doesn’t have an ounce of empathy or honesty in him. Add to that his growing mental “weakness”….. and his ability to lie endlessly….. :negative:

I did manage one winner in the Pick 3.

How’s your chest infection Graham? Have you finally been able to “kick it”?

Hi Andre, thank goodness you’re well away from those terrible fires, I
feel so sorry for those who have lost everything and of course those
that have lost their lives. It sounds like they still don’t have control
of the fires. God help those out that way.

To cut a long story short I’ve taken a week supply of antibiotics, followed
by a 2 week course and a week’s “rescue” supply if I know I have the infection
starting again. Two weeks after the 2 week course I had to use the rescue dose.
I’ve just finished that, I’m still coughing, but not as often, so I’ll just wait
    and see how it goes.

Jac’s bashing of the bookies, paying for her year’s Newmarket membership is
heartwarming news, it cheered me up no end :yahoo:

I hope you and all your family are doing well, and despite the “Orange Blob”
    I hope you have a great 2025.

    All the very best
    Graham

Orange 🟧 🫣 blob is about right Andre he has angered so many I can’t see it being a smooth transition and over here we have our own problems with a Prime Minister whose popularity has dropped to an all time low in the short period he has held office. He has already employed the services of Peter Mandleson who I pressume will be working his socks off to calm the waters between any negotiations with President 🟧 & Co.

Regarding Dubai World Cup Night YES it is included in our swaps .. let’s hope Godolphin are well represented that night and they don’t forget about Bonus races. :good:

Graham glad to hear that your cough is subsiding and hope it’s not long before you have seen the back of it. I was watching the tennis in Australia the other day and could almost feel that warm sunshine radiating through my TV set 🌞 🏖🏝 roll on Summer.

Take care and stay safe Andre all our thoughts are with those in LA who are struggling to come to terms with what has happened. 🙏 Jac

Not much to get excited about by this Friday’s Meydan card but that’s fine as Windsor and Newcastle are serving up some proper stuff.
Next week however is an absolute beast. 4 group 3’s, 2 group 2’s and 3 group 1’s. I am positively giddy.

Look forward to seeing you here Chivers with some thoughts on Fridays AW cards.

If you are able to post a link to Meydan’s card it would be appreciated as I can’t seem to download it.
Thanks and good luck :good: Jac

Great score John :good: I think 3 of us are in the top 200 and with more Bonus races than Number 8 buses it seems Godolphin have woken up after a deep sleep and slipped into overdrive… long may it last :good:

Many thanks for Friday’s card..I can see straight away that I’ll be getting on early on…
ROMANTIC STYLE **/NAP** in the Group 2 later in the evening.

Best of luck John and hope you continue to rise up the leaderboard..
See you Friday :good: Jac x

I have him in my Stable too Nick and he’d need to find his old
form, but if he did he shouldn’t be far away. I’ve already taken
him E/W at 40s with Hills. Good luck if you go for him :good:
