    Absolutely horrendous viewing at Plumpton. Off for 802 days and goes badly wrong first race back, not a good look for racing.

    A very sad sight and condolences to connections.

    Not Hayley Moore’s finest hour to sign off saying “It’s been good fun at Plumpton today” just minutes after that sickening incident. I know she is broadcasting live, thinking on her feet and she certainly did not mean to be insensitive – but sometimes you have to think carefully about what you are saying.
