He will get home ok, I think his tactics last year to lead the far group was his downfall. Dandy Man will be the last off the bridle and believe he is the best 5 furlong sprinter in Europe on ground which is on the on the fast side of good. I don’t think the Australians will win either of the sprints but i think Miss Andretti is the one to be respected as i seen her last 2 races and she is very tough.
June 18, 2007 at 15:03 #64979I too like Dandy Man…and hope he runs well and wins.
regards
Sandpiper
June 18, 2007 at 15:20 #64980I’d love to see Dandy Man win it for Tracey Collins but I’m just not sure he’s a top level sprinter just yet. Hope I’m wrong.
June 18, 2007 at 21:01 #64981Whilst it wasn’t a great race, Enticing absolutely annihilated her Bath rivals on her reappearance and in doing so shattered the course record. Given the way she travelled, and how quickly she finished the race off, I’d say she’s got a massive off 8-9.
June 19, 2007 at 11:43 #64982Hello,
I agree with Money On, I think CONQUEST is an outstanding outsider. His last run was abysmal, and I ain’t sure why. But that last run has given it some mouth watering prices’ in the 50/1 region.<br>Good Each Way prospect ;)
regards,
doyley
June 19, 2007 at 14:13 #64983Dandy Man possibly beaten by the draw 2 years in a row. I was correct in saying he is the best 5f horse in Europe tho :cheesy:
June 19, 2007 at 14:15 #64984Agreed Money On. Good run from Magnus too. But hands up, Aussies are far better than us!
June 19, 2007 at 14:17 #64985I still think Dandy Man wudda pushed her mighty close if he wudda got the cover he needed and better than us? Im Irish mate so only 1 was better
June 19, 2007 at 14:17 #64986yeh he is, i dont think he was beaten by the draw though, miss andretti had so much in hand, even more than the official distance will read. I had her to win and dandy man for a place, wish id put the forecast on now!!
June 19, 2007 at 14:18 #64987I had a small  bet on Bently Biscuit so i only noticed this because of that. Watch the ride he was given. From stall 3 the jockey brought him over to the far rail. He was goin side ways when everything else was goin forward…lol. Don’t know how many lenghts it cost him but I’d imagine it was quiet a few.
June 19, 2007 at 14:20 #64988Bentley Biscuit will be seen to a better light on sat in the jubilee and Miss Andretti looks a lay at 9/4 as she aint as good over 6f.
June 19, 2007 at 18:41 #64989Those Ozzie sheilas are fast hussies.
June 20, 2007 at 08:38 #64990Money On, you can lay me 9/4 if you like ;) :o You could probably lay most of the UK if you wanted (No innuendo intended!).. That was a seriously impressive performance. Unless it continues to rain all week she’ll be very hard to beat.
June 20, 2007 at 08:50 #64991as i understand it she has a reputation for being her best when fresh, that would be the only negative for me provided the ground stays fairly quick. step up is no big deal i dont think she looked the best of the lot at the end to me.
June 20, 2007 at 08:53 #64995I’m not sure about this unlucky Dandy Man business. The two best performances he has put up in his life have come when he’s raced pretty much alone – if he’s better with cover, he would have had to annihilated the opposition in some of the other races he’s run in, which he hasn’t (except when he beat nothing of note at Naas in April). Give him credit for an excellent performance by all means, but don’t say he was unlucky.
June 20, 2007 at 11:10 #64997I wonder what happened to Enticing. Maybe he’ll marmalize ’em next year.

He ran the 2 races of his life because he got his proper ground 2 years in a row. The last day the ground was too soft for him but still stuck with them.
