Their customer service was atrocious when I was of the mind £27 (or whatever it is) was worth it for 12 issues by email, only for them to first of all to forget to send me the link for the month’s issue, and then to ignore my emails asking them where my link to the edition was.
I had the same problem – had to nag them for a link to the magazine for the first two months, having subscribed to the online edition, despite being promised an automatic link thereafter – nothing. Could not face going through the rigmarole again the third month so decided to write off the money.
I was left with the impression the "customer service" department was one woman and her dog.
It left a very nasty taste and I felt I was being ripped off.

Marble, yes there are a number of members on here who contribute to Racing Ahead.
But I’m afraid that if you are that desperate to know you will have to buy a copy………..just £2.95 from your nearest W.H.Smith.

This article does the

It’s a repugnant despotic regime that needs all the good publicity it can get. Andrew Franklin is just diverting attention with all this nonsense about Racing AM at Kempers. he knows that the Dubai Despots will pay anything to keep a bit of positive spin on their operations.

Good God!
Certainly puts a different perspective on the ‘paradise’ their ads would have us believe. - AuthorPosts
