I’m still working my way through Leopardstown, but my first bet is Fury Road 33-1 ew

I wanted to play Fury but I’ll take on GDC with Stattler , the vicinity of Fury and Kemboy will tell us where we are regarding the front 2 , if GDC doesn’t win then it’ll be Ryanair

I wonder if HDLG will still say “he’s not beaten anything’ in the Gold Cup thread after GDC wins another grade 1 today ;o)

I wonder if you will miraculously manage to cash out any of your ante-post bets this weekend if things don’t go to plan

It’s a poor Gold Cup , Stattler looks his biggest threat , as I’ve said the best form we,ve seen this year is the KG , this hasn’t got anywhere near the depth , Elliot didn’t bring Conflated , Henry staying away

The fact the big dog is still within 20l at the second last tells me everything I need to know.

You’d need your head looking at to back him at the odds on he’s going to be for the GC!

Not the performance I was expecting as it looked like he might have a race on two out (when The Big Dog fell) and at the last but the way he galloped out when asked was the most impressive part of the race…..another 2F doesn’t look like it will be an issue and he might well have learned an awful lot from this.

William hill have out him out for the GC , it’s a shame Fury made a total hash of he last , Towsend was teaching him which is fine but I didn’t think he jumped that great , Stattler needs another gear , this year’s Galvin

I don’t think an extra 2 furlongs at Cheltenham will suit at all. Just first impression like.

What’s people’s views on Fury Road? GC or Ryanair?
I’ve got 20s, NRNB, for the Ryanair but do u reck they’ll have a pop at the GC?

Big Dog within 20Ls in what seems to be a slowly run race? huh?

He arguably travelled best of all through the race so I would go to the Ryanair especially if Allaho runs as he will make it a real test – not sure a real test at 3m2f is what he wants as even allowing for the horlicks he made of the last he was still overhauled by Stattler for 2nd.

Also connections have Conflated for the Gold Cup who I think will be better suited by the trip than Fury Road.
