How many jockey changes last night did we not know about?

There were many changes but just how many were punters unimformed about? After one race at Newmarket that RUK actually had their on course team at, we were informed about the change of jockey only after the horse actually won. This was due, according to Nick Luck to the high number of jockey changes and them not being able to keep up.
Will we hear a dickie bird from the BHA about this? After all its only last month that they fined Dettori for getting off one well in advance of the race for tariff reasons as it was not in the punters interests.
