Two meetings in Ireland both jumps.
Down royal and Wexford
“We have two runners in the mares maiden hurdle over 3 miles. Coastguard Lady (Brian Hayes) was third at Tramore last time and we are going to employ different tactics today. However, this looks like a hard task for her. Coole Cherry (Rachael Blackmore) was disappointing on her hurdling debut at Sligo last month but we are prepared to draw a line through that run. We are expecting a much better performance here and we’ll be disappointed if she doesn’t go very close.Uncle Phil (Sean O’Keeffe) goes for the 2m 3f rated novice chase. He was very good when winning his beginners chase at Kilbeggan last time but had previously disappointed over this track. This is a tough assignment and we’ll be pleased if he finishes in the first three.”
Stellar Queen (Paul) has her first run for us in the mares maiden hurdle over 2m 1f. She had ordinary form on the flat in England and hasn’t shown us a lot at home. She will need to surprise us here if she is to be competitive.
Whiskey Sour (Paul) runs in the 3 mile hurdle. He was fifth in the amateur handicap at Galway from a bad draw but needs to come back to his best to win this. He was running well over a similar trip at Galway last year when he was hampered and unseated at the third last.

He does spin the odd yarn but both he and mark usher provides some excellent nuggets of information from time to time.
Wexford 17th November16/11/2023
Bronn (Paul) goes for the Listed Chase over 2m 7f. This is his first run of the season but he is fit and well and ready to start back. He will love this trip and the ground and we are expecting a big run.Henn See (Paul) runs in the 2 mile beginners chase. He will like the ground and, granted with a fluent round of jumping, he should go close.
