FAKE, FAKE, FAKE,…. Who the f*** is he do be defended?A fat multi-millionaire who shows no respect for his deceased athletes….. How long did it take him to tell us about Labaik? Could it be some Animal rights person trying to ban the sport completely by putting a top trainer doing this sort of thing. Trying to get public attention and their outcry. Gordon I feel won’t do anything like this and a few people, like us on here are saying it’s a fake.

The whatsapp message is still in this tweet. Thinking about it this seems amiss as well.
If that’s a formal statement of some kind it’s another blunder PR wise. First thing he should have done was name the horse instead of ‘the animal’. Typo in it too. I’d say this is not from Elliott though it doesn’t make the scenario untrue

Clicked on the link and there is no apology from Elliot. It just says he is co-operating with the enquiry. So what is going on?
I didn’t like the bloke before – for reasons I won’t go in to on here – and don’t really want to defend him. However, although for sure it is disrespectful… the horse is dead and nothing the trainer did or didn’t do would’ve changed that fact. If this is typical of how he regards a dead horse it does not mean he’s disrespectful (or worse) of the living. Please keep things in perspective.
