Having welcomed the IHRB judgement and punishment yesterday, I now feel really, really stupid. Almost as stupid as the IHRB for trying to sell racing this crock of ****.
I still don’t understand the meaning of the word punishment, cause I can’t find one.

The Final line of that statement defies belief. I genuinely can’t work out if whoever is running Elliott’s PR is staggeringly incompetent or deliberately flipping two fingers at the IHRB.

Some of you lads need to relax. This constant pitch forking can’t be doing you any good. Take some deep breaths maybe. The IHRB have made their decision, The BHA and the injured party have acquiesced. It is time to move on
On a sidenote Gordons runner in the 3.58 today might be one to keep on side
I’ve nothing at all against Gordon Elliott. I’d just like to know what the sanction was by the IHRB? Unless I’m missing something, it was just a brief demotion to assistant trainer.
I’m confused! Does this mean that “he” will still have runners at Cheltenham but under the name Foster?
15K Euro costs to pay for the tribunal. Sign a piece of paper and he wont willingly go to the races for 6 months, everything else stays the same. You would imagine the trainer just becomes an employee of the business on whatever terms they agree between themselves. Pretty sure Elliott just lost his trainers license not control of his company or whatever. Probably the same as if someone buys a pub and employs a manager and that person has the license in his/her name.
