    Declarations are now online:

After seeing Nico pull up another 6/4 fav today and a lot of them running quite poorly, I shall oppose this 4/11 fav.

I’m keen to take the 9/2 about Edwardstone though he was beaten quite comprehensively by the fav in last year’s renewal. Jonbon is clearly the horse to beat, but recent stable form tells me he should be taken on at such prohibitive odds.

Might chance Boothill he didn’t fare too well outside of handicaps last season but two out of the three runs were falls.

The more I know the less I understand.

Haven’t got an opinion on the race as yet but just like to congratulate Shloer on their continued sponsorship of this race, especially in recent years when you look at the size of the fields there have been. I don’t know how long their sponsorship is in place for but you wouldn’t have blamed them for pulling out by now.

With Henderson still quiet I’m happy to take Jonbon on with both Edwardstone and Boothill , the fav may well come on for the run

Edwardstone is past his best and Boothill simply isn’t good enough.

This should be a cakewalk for Jonbon, although I never back anything that short.

Not sure I can say Edwardstone is “past his best”, but is sure to be on the downgrade soon. Will connections go all out?

Boothill might win one of these when the front runners go off too fast. But that is a big question mark here.

Unexpected Party is being prepped for the Festival.

    Can’t have a bet here.
