Agree with that ham, but will still be following with interest as I am sure we will learn much about NH racing in Ireland ….eventually
March 1, 2021 at 22:23 #1526269I agree with the heresay, but it is quite common when certain famous people have been caught out in public that others who might have been scared to say anything get the courage to speak up about things that they may of been bottling up inside for god knows how long. Quite courageous of them really, unless they are bullshi…ng that is
March 1, 2021 at 23:22 #1526282The difference in gravity between sitting on a dead horse and imprisoning your own daughter…., but sure, punish the easy target
March 1, 2021 at 23:25 #1526289I don’t think it’s by choice, befair. All about legal stuff.
Value Is EverythingMarch 1, 2021 at 23:44 #1526355If the stuff I’ve read today about Elliott’s treatment of certain women is true, he ought to be in prison.
March 1, 2021 at 23:52 #1526386Video of a jockey in circulation. Absolutely sickening. Dont think i can take much more tbh. My trust in the sport is beginning to go.

GE should be stoned to death in public. Boris needs to make a special dispensation for us to be able to attend.

Maybe a raffle as well. The winner being able to ride the dead body, stick in hand

Would be popular with the stable lasses and all monies from raffle tickets going to an equine welfare charity
March 2, 2021 at 00:16 #1526424Sorry, Joe, but this does not help the conversation.
You’re implying that Elliott is a misogynist; what evidence do you have to support your insinuation?
March 2, 2021 at 00:24 #1526428Thin edge of the wedge. How racing continues is determined by its actions today.
The guy is in charge of an entire yard. His actions are subconsciously or consciously taken in by those around him. It’s not a subordinate or someone disassociated with the yard, It is literally the embodiment of the training centre itself. That is what blows it out of the water.
It maybe a moment of madness from Gordan, but WHAT THE ****, WHY have you sat on a dead horse, WHY have you allowed someone to photograph a dead horse, let alone you sat upon one? Why was it allowed to be sent out with the tagline “new workrider this morning”. Callousness.
Is this the thin edge of the wedge? The narrative that race horses are treated like kings has dissipated. How many more pictures like this are lurking in people’s librarie?
March 2, 2021 at 00:37 #1526432Saddened and appalled .
The damage Elliott has done to the sport may be fleeting but the damage he has done to himself from a professional stand point may be longer lasting , if not irreversible .
With his reputation now tarnished , it is hard to see how he will emerge from this.
Gambling Only Pays When You're Winning
March 2, 2021 at 00:48 #1526450Just seen the video of someone laughing and getting on a dead horse. I don’t recognise the weasel but apparently it is an amateur jockey who rides for Elliott.
Blackbeard to conquer the World
March 2, 2021 at 01:28 #1526460Hello, Glad. I’m not insinuating or implying anything; I’m offering my opinion about allegations I’ve read today. And it’s way beyond misogyny if they are true.
You need not join Twitter to search for the posts of scorned k Harrington posting as @gordondeadhorse. Read through the posts.
Aside from that poster I’ve been told privately about Elliott’s treatment of certain female staff members.

Jockey named on Twitter as Rob James, who rode Milan Native to win the Kim Muir for Elliott.
March 2, 2021 at 04:05 #1526463Good to see you back at the table Joe, however long this twitteroo feast festers. I am enjoying a secret quiet time blackout cup of tea, as I misread my clock, peering at it in the half light, thinking it was reading 630 but alas the figures were much worse ( as the PM should learn to say), and a cracking 330, and I feel slightly robbed and consequently my Indian origin monkey time pick me up.
I actually worked out a rather clever platitude for the dead horse affair – one bad apple does not spoil the harvest. Not sure if that is original, or I picked it up from Tolstoy’s Karenina’s Lenin as he scythed his land, but I do believe this ungodly erraticism will soon blow over. Animal rights will get few sniffs or crumbs from this sad carcass which will be a blood and cornflakes storm for the media followers; the Sun and the equally pictorially delicious Bild, but will soon blow over for the sport in general.
I know two human carcass casualties from the scar that was Cheltenham last year who made the sole mistake of breathing in their passion. Their slipping away will not be forgotten, neither the epic banana that will yellow our sport for five long years, mark my tea stained teeth.
🐢… He’s put the kettle on again.
March 2, 2021 at 06:34 #1526469Is that twitter account claiming to be from Scorned KH genuine? It reads like a satirical parody to me.
