He was a little keen over the first two but then once he got cover he settled and your eye was drawn to him all the way through the race.
I know Ricci can be a bit of a divisive figure but I am pleased for him as a Gold Cup winner was what they have been trying for for many many years
He delivered today which he hasn’t always , he’s won it that easily that you don’t even worry about it leaving the usual GC mark

CAS – Yeah that was his 5th, he only seems to do doubles on the horses, as two wins with Al Boum Photo and two with GDC.
