It looks like there wont be a Seven Stars competition for 2009 – has anyone heard why ?

Probably because it puts too much of a strain on the stable trying to get one horse to win a race let alone getting seven seperate horses to win races.

Credit Crunch impacting on Godolphin?

Anyone putting in Music Note and Cocoa Beach last year would have been quids in – they were about the only two to earn points

Is there not one this year? It normally starts from World Cup night. As for the credit crunch, I don’t think Sheikh Mohammed is scratching around down the back of the sofa for change just yet

Formal Decree, Tam Lin, Veracity and Folk Opera all won Group/Graded races in ’08 for Godolphin.

I’m not sure All the Good was in the 7-stars but I stand to be corrected. Campanologist definitely wasn’t.

So, the total is up to eight….maybe
