As expected just 160 points today as I didn’t use any of my 4 remaining swaps so dropped down to ..
292nd position with ..2340 points.

Been sitting on my hands for two weeks now and cant wait to start playing in earnest…well done to all with points today look forward to updating the Leaderboard.

Hello Again

Thanks to Charlie Appleby & William Buick I found 3 Winners today and scored 640 Points
which I have to say was what I was hoping for.

Now have 2240 Points and Position of 327, with still 4 swaps left.
Only slight negative was again no Bonus Race to try earn more Points.

Still have to be pleased with how things are going.

Hi Tonge, it’s got my head birling thinking about using 2 swaps on the
same day, did you read that somewhere. I’ve been through all sections
of rules, FAQ’s, terms and conditions etc, but I can’t see any reference
to using 2 swaps on the same day. With the same token I can’t see anything
that says you can’t, but you’re going to have to be as good with the slight
of hand as Paul Daniels. I think the only way I can see it possibly working
is if you have a 7 horse meeting (did we get a 7 horse meeting last year?)
and you load up in the 1st 3, that is if you have 10 horses in the 1st 3, miss
the 4th, to give you your 40 minute gap and then swap for whatever Godolphin
horses are left in the remainder, hopefully 10.

Don’t get me wrong Tonge, if you can pull it off it’s a master plan, I just
hadn’t given any consideration to it or clocked any mention of it anywhere

Hi Big G. I did this last year (or maybe the year before) so hopefully will be ok this year too (obviously I haven’t read the rules…). As you say, means having to skip at least one race in the middle of the meeting so there’s a lot of luck involved and you can certainly come a cropper! When I did it, I still managed to miss out on the biggest scorers so maybe I should have learned my lesson from that!

Thanks for clarifying that Tonge, definite thinking outside the box there and
has to be something to consider. As you say you could come a cropper, but if
it worked well at a meeting with plenty of group races it could be a game changer.

You do really need to start using those swaps as only 2 x Thursdays and 2 x Saturdays left to play.
Just swap in as many Godolphin horses as you can next week and good luck.
