Just Magical
September 14, 2019 at 16:31 #1454907Thanks, lads.
About time had a change of “luck”.
Three main bet winners from four races today. Only main bet loser beaten by the saver.Magical’s given me a chance in the 10 to follow, Mtoto.
Value Is EverythingSeptember 14, 2019 at 17:50 #1454920Just saw iridessa won today, probably would’ve been a lot shorter odds if you ignored her last race where she drifted indicating she wasn’t fully fit
September 14, 2019 at 20:07 #1454947Well done Ginge, that 2.6 about Logician looks a great price now! My strongest bet of day come unexpectedly with a drift, though it was on the AW at Chelmsford ha.
Ginge, what are your thoughts about Doncaster this week as a whole and especially today, regards size of fields. Was hugely disappointed with turn out today which even included a match race at the end.
September 14, 2019 at 21:27 #1454954Haha, don’t I didn’t notice GT. Good luck, though I reckon my star horse, Enable, makes me the slight favourite

September 15, 2019 at 01:10 #1454977I think you’re more than a slight favourite, Mtoto; with first three in the market for the Arc.
Baynet has a good chance too if Kew Gardens wins today.Value Is EverythingSeptember 15, 2019 at 01:34 #1454978tbh tb, I think this Doncaster meeting (bar the Leger itself) has been going downhill for a while now. Should reduce it by at least a day for a start. Don’t know whether it’s been targeted by trainers expecting softer ground this year, who’ve taken horses out. Suppose the new(ish) Irish Champions Weekend is taking a few of the better ones. Good horses are still winning the Group races, but imo with fewer good horses in each race they’re certainly less competitive which of course means shorter prices. It’s a rare “Festival” that I don’t have a bet on the first two days! Although the St Leger is one of my favourite races of the year, Doncaster is my least favourite “Festival”.
