Anyone heard any scuttlebutt yet as to what exactly George’s problem is. Is he a shy breeder? or "firing blanks" or what?

Have I missed an official explanation of his problem.?

<br>If that’s the case Aidan, does this mean that we are very likely to see him race again?

If so that’s just great news – Lockinge, Queen Anne, Sussex, QEII & Breeders Cup here we come!!

Power to the people eh – We told those chaps at Coolmore we didn’t want to see George retire so they are kind enough to unretire him for us! Who says they don’t listen?

There is no doubt about it, horse is back in Ballydoyle and all going well will be back on the racetrack this year. I dunno when it will be confirmed.

Sure; as can geldings (e.g. Funny Cide).

Imagine being refered to as  "failed stallion"

Hes barmy enough already without having to hear the sniggers and gay slurs…

Not sure i will be backing him in those circumstances

Has GW been confirmed as being medically unable to fullifill the duties of a stallion ?..or is it more down to his immaturity ?

If he performs well as a 4YO..could George’s stud value be enhanced ?

The infertile can run in the BC.

The Breeders’ Cup concept was brought in to being to put money back into the sport ; money from the vast profits breeders were making at the time ; the breeder’s conscience saying thanks .

He is still an entire, as far as I know they plan to race him this year (he is already back in Ballydoyle since last week and in training) and see what happens next year regarding fertility etc. I would imagine even if they found the problem and could treat it now he would be too late to cover for this season.
